He was on time. Reasonably priced and did a terrific job. Very efficiently.

Angela provided us with a great offer to install openers. Very well organized. The installers were on time, courteous to all my tenants. He had to work around other contractors.

Russ, came out and detached my old garage door opener was dead(un-repairable). He came back some days later and installed a new opener.

He came at the appointed time. We set a fair for him, because it is hot ! He worked thru the day. Then finished work and everything, was beyond what we had expected. Our garage looked cleaner than before. He was truly a Master Craftsman of the kind. You don't see too often anymore. I will have him check my garage every year ! Recommended to a friend.

I called Expert Garage Doors because my opener had stopped working. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. My garage opener started working again before they came out, but I still wanted them to come to take a look. They came out right on time and he was very nice. All the opener needed was to be serviced and cleaned. Garage door is working great!

Russ was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. We have two doors on openers and one that is manual. After the maintenance, the manual one was so smooth that even our young kids could open the door to get their bikes out! Also, having the convenience of all our keypads and car openers working has been huge! I wish I had called this company sooner - before I had to with the spring break. From the initial call to the office to the actual service, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. One of the doors was operating very choppy as it opened and closed. The tune up took care of the issue and Russ was very knowledgable about the doors. I was concerned that he was going to find a major issue, but it just came down to overdue routine maintenance on my part. I will definately use this company again.

Russ arrived right on time. It was the hottest day we had experienced all summer, but he took the heat in stride. He performed the basic service to my satisfaction, but I told him I would really like to get the door to stop making so much noise as it moved up and down. He said the problem was in the adjustment of the support system and in the worn out "coasters." (I do not know the name of the multiple little wheels that help the door go up and down.) I told him to do whatever was needed to get the door to making as little sound as possible. He obliged, and I was VERY impressed. The garage door went from metal-on-metal grinding before Russ arrived to a smooth, almost-silent operation afterwards.

The repairman arrived in a timely manner and completed the garage door tune up and inspection quickly. He provided a written report and even took time to discuss it.

Mr. Russ was the one who came over to do the job. He came on time, did a great job and was very courteous. It was a great experience, which is quite rare these days.

We were very happy with them. We think we spent about $60 for two garage doors and we were very pleased. They were prompt and personal. The guy came out and did his job and we were very pleased.

I was very busy with a move and many other things going on in my life. Angela, who I believe was one of the owners stayed on top of things for me. She was pleasant, polite, and professional. She made an inconvience of having something like this done seem uninterruptive. The gentleman that came out to do the installation was efficient, professional, and helpful in tecahing my how to change codes, work product, etc. Would definitely use them in the future, and recommend to friends.

Russ had previously repaired the garage door, and noted the the springs were original. He stated the he was surprised at how long they lasted, that 10 years was usually the limit. I called him within a month of that conversation to have him replace that spring! He is complete and thorough. He also added new supports at no extra cost, as they had exhibited considerable wear.

Mr. Russ Corey was the one who came over to do the work. He was punctual, answered all questions and completed all the work in a professional manner. I would definitely suggest Expert Garage Doors.

The technician was on time. He was courteous, professional and completed the entire job ahead of schedule. He cleaned up after his work and took the trash out. He also stayed around for another half hour to show me all the features. I would grade them A++. I will definitely use this company again.
