Ms. Angela, from Expert Garage Doors, scheduled me in a timely fashion. Mr. Russ, the technician, was punctual, professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and completed the work efficiently. I will call them for my routine maintenance.

The garage door opener was broken. I called Expert Garage Doors. Russ came to my home the same day. The door opener was replaced quickly and professionally. Russ was very knowledgable and explained his work.

I am not real familiar with the price but I thought that it was a fair price for the amount of time that he was here.

My garage door had not been working well so I knew that it needed more than just maintenance. Russ arrived promptly as scheduled. We discussed the problems I was having and he diagnosed several areas of concern with the garage door opener. He was able to give me an instant estimate for the repairs, had all necessary parts with him and fixed the garage door and opener. It now works better than it ever has and I'm delighted with his work. Also, Angela was very friendly on the phone and worked with me to find a convenient time. I will definitely contact them again when I am ready to put an opener on my other garage door. The keypad is an added bonus that I had been planning to add and just hadn't gotten done.

This was a very positive experience. Russ was so professional, explained everything he was going to do, and showed me how to program and operate the new keyless entry pad. I will definitely have him back again in the future for any garage door issues or repairs.

I had originally used this company and its owner Russ Corey on my own home about a year ago for preventive maintenance before the cold weather set in. It turned out to be the first time in the last five winters that my garage door never got stuck during the frigid weather, so the preventive maintenance was very effective. I was so pleased with Russ' professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency that I had him come to my mother's house in Bexley recently to install a key pad and provide another remote garage door opener for the two doors. From my initial call to Russ' company, I was greeted by a very pleasant and informative recepitionist and was able to set an appointment within a very reasonable length of time. Russ was right on time, called ahead of time like he had promised as to inform of his arrival and efficiently installed the parts, performed the preventive mainteance and was a true pleasure to work with. In addition, he is quite knowledgable about all of the working parts and mechanisms. I could not ask for a better experience than I have had with the two appointments that I have had with Russ. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking garage door services.

Ordered the big deal and Expert Garage Doors installed a remote key pad for our garage door. They also changed the lightbulbs in the garage door mechanism. I wish I had been home when they did the install though because my "clicker" does not always work as it should to open the door from my car. All things considered though, they did a great job at a fair price.

Russ was punctual and did an overall inspection. He then gave me a cost estimate and time frame for the work to be done. I’ve setup an annual inspection with him.

I highly recommend Expert Garage Doors! When one of our garage door springs broke (it lasted 20 years - not bad) I called on Saturday and left a message at Expert Garage Doors. Angela called me back on Monday to setup my appointment. Angela was polite, professional, kind, and very efficient. They scheduled me for Thursday but called back the same day and said they had an appointment/slot that had opened up and asked if they could come that day. Russ later called me on his cell phone and asked if 2:00 was OK. Russ pulled into our driveway at the precise time he said he would be there. He introduced himself and explained exactly what he would be doing and approximately how long it would take him to finish. Russ was very polite and professional and quickly began his work. After replacing the spring, he fully tuned both garage doors including rebracing one opener (had some wobble issues) and reattaching the bottom seal that had come loose on the door. He then explained exactly what he had done and recommended updating our openers to ones with sensors (for safety). He was in and out in around an hour. Everything worked perfectly and I was very satisfied. We had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a "Tune Up" earlier in the yr. Just 21 days later, the spring on the second garage door broke (go figure). It was an easy decision to pick up the phone and call Expert Garage Doors again. Angela tried to get me scheduled as soon as possible since one of our vehicles was trapped in the garage. The earliest she could schedule was at the end of the next day. To my surprise, Russ called me about an hour later and asked if there was someone at the house then and that he was going to squeeze us in between appts. He arrived at 10am (on the same day I had called) and had the spring fixed in about an hour. Again, Russ was very polite, professional and explained what he had done. Currently, their set fee for replacing a garage door spring is $150 and you get a $10 discount for being on Angie's list. I would definitely call them again for any garage door/opener needs I have.
