Every time we have engaged Expert Garage Doors to conduct maintenance or to help in an emergency, they have been exceptionally responsive, expedient, and reasonably priced. Once a few years ago, I had been fully prepared to replace the entire door, turns out all it needed was a new spring - and that is all we paid for! They are conscientious and willing to come when best suits everyone's schedule. They ensure they bring the entire record for the door in question in the event that history helps us to determine what repair or replacement is necessary. Great customer service and even better workmanship. Everytime.

The whole experience went without a hitch. The doors work great and my concerns are all gone! The tech straightened tracks, replaced a couple of rollers, replaced a bearing that had frozen up a long time ago and was actually cutting into the rod running through the door spring and lubricated the whole system. He was punctual and professional, explained the problems before he fixed them, fixed them and gave me a very reasonable bill. I put the sticker he gave me with their phone number right on one of the garage doors and will not hesitate to call Expert Garage Doors if we have any further problems with them in the years to come.

We had used Expert Garage Doors a few years ago to have our door serviced through an Angie's List deal and were very pleased with the service and their professionalism, so when our door opener stopped working a couple of weeks ago, they were the first people we called. They couldn't come out for a week, because of scheduling, but on the appointed day, the service man arrived promptly on time. Of all things, we had a power outage in the neighborhood that morning, but he was still able to at least assess the situation and determined the likely cause was a plastic gear that had stripped. We discussed the options and determined that it would be more cost-effective to replace the opener since the broken one was 25+ years old. He returned on Tuesday, March 11 and replaced the opener. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time, was neat, professional, and fast. Once the new opener was installed, he walked through the operation and even made sure the button in my husband's truck worked properly. We are extremely pleased with Expert Garage Doors and will continue to recommend them and use them for service and maintenance on our new opener.

Russ arrived on time for my appointment to replace my broken garage door spring. He explained exactly what he would do and stated it would take about 45 min. 45 min. later he was done, everything was cleaned up, he showed me the work he had done, and asked if I had any questions. I recommend Expert Garage Doors and Russ!

Russ was also friendly and seemed to know a lot about garage doors. He inspected the door, replaced the rollers, and replaced some hinges that had broken off prior to the visit. Two of the panels were sagging so he suggested bracing them to prevent further damage to the door. He advised getting a new garage door opener in the future (and left some literature with models and prices) to meet knew safety standards. He showed me the sticker that indicated the door and opener were installed in the 80s. It was only additional $66 for the bracing and extra hinges. The garage door is the quietest its been the entire time we've lived here.

Russ was on time and very professional. He gave reasonable options for the services needed and I did not feel he tried to "upsell" at all. It was a very good experience.

My garage door was really noisy and I couldn't tell what it was. They came out, lubricated everything, and adjusted the tracks and they got it working. Since then my garage door has been working fine.

Russ arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the door to find out why the door opener had separated from the garage door. He found that the door had not been set up properly and therefore the weight of the door was taxing the door opener, especially in the severe cold weather we were experiencing. Russ installed a new attachment device to the door, set the spring tension device to the proper specifications, lubed and checked all of the door rollers, He then serviced the second door to ensure that it was working properly. Both doors are operating like brand new doors, they are quiet and super smooth. If we have any other issues with our garage doors, Extreme Garage Door will be the first place we will call. Russ is very professional and courteous and was very helpful with suggesting how to ensure that the doors continue working properly.

It was great! I felt that I was talking to a friend and not a salesperson when I worked out the initial details with Angela and then everything went very smoothly with Russ. We almost had to delay our install, but Russ double checked to make sure our delivery was going to arrive on time and then worked all day to make sure it was completed! The doors are great, the openers are amazing and we feel like we were very well taken care of. The quality of work and product is excellent. We're hoping to sell this house soon, but I will definitely be back in touch depending on the needs of our new house!

Russ was on time; did the inspection and the adjustment. Noticed springs looked like they needed to be replaced. I gave okay and he went ahead - job done very professionally.

Our garage door spring broke the weekend before Christmas and we were lucky enough to get the last available appointment on the 24th. The serviceman was there right on time, fixed the spring and lubricated and checked over not only the door he fixed but our other door as well. I never knew a garage door could be so quite going up and down. This is the second time we've used Expert Garage Door. Both times they have provided excellent service. We will definitely use them when necessary in the future.
