Mr. Russ Corey was very professional in his sales presentation. Ms. Angela answered all my questions, and willingly provided example address. The installation was on the day scheduled. The installers were polite and friendly at all times. They cleaned up the garage after they were done.

They provided service to our GarageTek Products and our garage door. After spending many hours at the job, always with a smile and much enthusiasm, my wife and I developed a great respect, trust and admiration for Russ and Angela. They repaired our damaged panel and replaced some cabinets and even performed some additional jobs that they suggested (at no additional costs). The damaged panels were not of their doing but the result of another organizational group. They were quick and courteous. They did a very thorough job. Before they arrived, our garage door was noisy and often got stuck on its way down. When they left, it was much quieter and running smooth and consistently. They did a fantastic job.

This was an Angie's List deal I purchased, as we were looking to install a keyless garage door entry unit on our garage anyway. This company was super courteous when called and scheduled the appointment, the installer was nice and professional and arrived on time on the scheduled day (& called to confirm etc), and the installation and explanation, demonstration of the unit was smooth as silk. He even pointed out to me some of the extra maintenance things he did on our garage systems (I think lubed it or whatever) and gave me the written instructions for the wireless keypad unit. Overall, it was better than what I was expecting, and the company and the installer was very courteous and professional. They prided themselves on a job well done. I will use them again because of this experience. Keep the Angie's list deals coming, and businesses should consider this as a way for some folks to try out their company. Angela who took my call to schedule an appointment was fantastic, cheerful and helpful. We talked a little about what the situation was and she was able to give me a price over the phone, which was great. We set an appointment for a few days later. I didn't even have to mention the Angie's List discount, she ask me first where I had heard of them and when I mentioned Angie's List told me about the discount. I was less concerned about the discount than I was having a great service experience though. On the day of service, Russ called 20 minutes before his arrival time (as I had indicated) and showed up right on time. Russ showed up in a professional looking truck and dressed professionally, making a great first impression. He quickly surveyed the problem and got to work. His work was neat, clean and orderly. Beyond just repairing the spring, he also did some maintenance - at no additional charge, tweaking the garage door opener and lubricating all the working parts of the door ensuring that everything was working properly. He reviewed what he had done including an additional part that was necessary that added $10 to the cost. He also told me about the 90 day warranty on the work. I am extremely pleased with Expert Garage Doors and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The owner came right on time and explained what is to be expected and timed our squeaky noise. He got it to move a lot more quieter. He did an excellent job and was very professional.

I bought an inspection and tune-up through an Angie's List Big Deal and I couldn't be happier. Scheduling the service was friendly and efficient. Russ was punctual and very professional. My garage door is working better than ever! Russ recommended that my garage door springs be replaced at some point soon since they are rusting and will eventually give out. He provided me with an estimate to do so, but there was no pressure to do it immediately. I was very happy with this service and will definitely use this company in the future.

He oiled, greased, and winterized the garage door. I had to call him back to come out and he came right away! He was very informative. I would definitley use him again.

Russ was fantastic to work with no high pressure sales, complete professionalism and did an awesome installation on my detached garage. Door seals perfectly, insulated, quiet and has a battery backup with upscale digital controls that have temp, time and motion detection for lights. I love this garage door! Angela always kept me informed of the doors order status for timely installation and scheduling. What a team! Highly recommended.
