They responded promptly to my call and came the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the garage door opener.

Garage door made noise but would not open. I looked up this company on Angie's list. They had lots of satisfied customers. They diagnosed and fixed the broken gear inside the garage door opener motor the same day I called. Called me when complete and I paid over the phone with credit card. Wonderful experience.

Door mechanism seemed to be louder. It was checked. Adjusted slightly and was quieter. I had expected to be charged. They did not charge for this followup. I find Russ and Angela to be very professional and competent. Absolutely continue to use them

My garage door started breaking before the labor day weekend. I stopped using it immediately and started researching Angie's list on garage door replacement companies. I called Expert Garage Door and left a message on Saturday morning. First thing Tuesday morning I received a call from Expert's Office. The woman I spoke to was amazing! You can tell when a person is smiling on the phone and this woman was smiling. She was so helpful and friendly. They had someone in the area that morning and she set up an appointment for later that very morning. Russ arrived right on time, took his measurements and then showed me all my options. Having previously completing research on purchasing doors at a few home improvement stores, I knew Expert's prices where very reasonable. We discussed my need to have this done asap and Russ gave me the best door for me that could be installed in less than a week. Instillation was set for the following Monday. Russ arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame that was estimated. I had to leave my home while Russ was working and I felt very comfortable leaving him alone at my home. Russ completed the work and gave me the paperwork that came with the door. Russ made sure to point out the proper care and painting process for the door. The work area was completely cleaned and all debris was removed before Russ left my home. Russ was very friendly and respectful.

I had a spring go on one of my Garage doors. I called the company on the weekend and they offered to come out immediately to fix it. This wasn't necessary so I had it repaired on Monday. They did a great job at a reasonable price and also tuned up the door itself. Absolutely would use them again.

We needed to replace the broken garage door (cheap contractor grade installed when the house was built in 2001). I called Expert Garage Doors and made an appointment for someone to come to my home and give an estimate. Russ came out to our house at the time of the appointment to take a look, and confirmed we needed a new door installed. I asked about the garage door opener and he said that although sometimes there are problems when putting a new door on an old opener, it was likely that my opener had a few more years in it yet. (I thought it was great that he wasn't leading me into purchasing a new piece of equipment that I didn't need yet!) He showed me options for new doors, answered all my questions thoroughly, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We got 2 other quotes for similar (but not exactly the same) types of doors, and this company was the least expensive, and had such great reviews on Angie's List that we decided to go with them. When the door was ordered and ready to ship, they called to schedule the appointment for installation. Russ arrived on time and completed the job in less than the 6 hours estimated timeframe. He showed me all the parts, made sure the opener was functioning properly and that we were happy with everything before he left. I definitely recommend them!

The person was very courteous, very knowledgeable, and very upfront in pricing. It is a husband/wife company (Russ and Angela Corey). Angela was very fast in giving us an appointment as it was an emergency. It was a fantastic experience and reasonable pricing.

When I realized the garage door spring had snapped I called expert garage door and they were able to come out the next day and replace the spring.

This company is hands down the best out of the other three I have had experience with. I am telling you, you cannot beat their professionalism...they were on time, priced right, did the work themselves and did it right. I find it hard to believe if you can find all that in one of their competitors.

This was the second time we used Expert Garage Doors. The first time, our door would not open due to a problem we had with the eye sensors. Angela gave us two prices: one for a basic service/maintenance (a tune-up of sorts) and one that would include replacement of the sensor, if needed. When Russ showed up, he found that there was just a bad connection- he didn't try to upsell us or replace the sensor since it was still working well. He performed the tune-up efficiently and there were no extra costs. He did note that due to the age of our doors and the poor condition of the bearings and springs, it was likely we would need to have some repairs soon. Within two weeks, our springs on one door broke. I called and Angela scheduled us quickly. Russ again showed up on time, and within an hour and a half, had replaced the broken springs and worn bearings. He also replaced the face plates at no charge, and gave us a repeat customer discount. We know we will have to replace the springs and bearings on the other door, but again, Russ did not push a sell- he is willing to wait for our next call- and we will definitely use this company when the time comes.
