Joel Ocha and his installers did an excellent job from start to finish. We had installed some hardwood 10 years ago and wanted to finish off two more rooms with the same hardwood flooring. We found it was no longer made in the size we had. Joel went out of his way to find an alternate material that was a great match. His people arrived on time and finished the job in one day. They did an outstanding job of mating the new hardwood to the old hardwood. You could not tell the entire job had not been done at one time. As the remnants left at the end of the job were very small, Joel ordered us another box so that we would have some extra pieces should the need ever arise to replace a piece. Joel and his people were just great.

The installation crew was very nice. They did a great job mating the floor with the wood handrail in my loft. They paid attention to detail to make sure everything was done properly. I highly recommend them. I will call them for my next flooring project without hesitation.

Great company. Joel is very professional and very easy to work with. We contacted this company after not getting a response from installers recommend by a major home improvement store. Joel contacted us within a few hours and set up an appointment for an estimate. The work was completed on time and reasonably priced. My wood floors look beautiful and we are very please with their work. Plan to use them to for all of our flooring needs.

Joel is awesome to deal with. He came out within a couple days for an estimate and was less expensive than all other carpet places that I got quotes from. He also was able to get the carpet that I wanted at a better price. The install guys were also great. They power-stretched each area and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

He bent over backwards for me because he came from out of town to make sure he did my work for me! I would recommend them to anyone!

I really enjoyed working with the Diamond Carpet Services team. They were very professional and prompt with all of their appointments. They are very talented in the work they did with the final installation of the hardwood. The company I order the hardwood floor from sent some damaged wood to me and Diamond Carpet Services was quick to alert me to the problem and went out of their way to help me get the beautiful floor I have today. I would highly recommend this company.

Joel came out to the house and took measurements, gave me advice on different carpet types and gave me an estimate the next day. He also worked with me to save money by offering to put a seam in a room that was not going to show, saving me $200. Through an acquaintance who is a carpet manufacturing rep, I was going to get 50% off at another place, but Joel offered the same carpet at the same price with no talk about a discount...Just his normal price. The installers were professional and courteous. Great job!

Diamond Carpet Services installed new sheet vinyl flooring in the entry way, kitchen, eating area, and bathroom of my home. They installed carpet in the living room and 3 bedrooms. I was able to choose the color, style and quality of the flooring I wanted from a variety of samples, and the price of the flooring and installation were reasonable. The work was done quickly on the day scheduled, and I was very pleased with the final product. After the installation, there were a few minor details I asked to have corrected, and they took care of them immediately, leaving everything exactly as I requested. I was very impressed by the friendly professional manner in which Joel Ochoa managed the project, and would recommend Diamond Carpet Services to others.

After I submitted a request for carpet repair to Servicemagic, Diamond Carpet quickly responded and set up an appointment that afternoon. I needed a section of damaged carpet replaced with a remnant I had from the initial install. Joel arrived on time and explained exactly how things would be done and quickly gave me a competitive quote for the work. The installers arrived on time the next day. They were polite and professional. The carpet installers did exceptional work and even on close inspection, it is very difficult to find the seam between the old and new carpet.
