Both Victor and Clancy were very professional and did a great job of diagnosing an issue I had. They took care of the problem without trying to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely use this provider again in the future should the need arise.

Chancey and entire installation team did a great job. The staff completed the job in 1.5 days as promised and everything looks great. The staff also cleaned-up after they were finished. I'm completely satisfied.

We purchased a large ranch home with an attached 3 car garage, We knew up front that it would need a new roof but after interviewing at least five different roofing companies we chose Atlas Roof & Exteriors (Clancy Malone). Before meeting with Mr Malone we interviewed several other roofers. Of course everyone we spoke with swore that they were the best or the cheapest or that the next guy would certainly do a lousy job or outright cheat us. As a professional salesperson I was shocked by the behavior and comments of more than one contractor. And, when the first few bids came in thousands of dollars apart we felt we needed to interview a few more roofers before choosing one we would feel comfortable with. WhiIe we could afford to call the "big guys who I've heard of before and dealt with in the past, this was a big job and paying "the big guys" an extra two or four thousand dollars was not in my nature. Mr Malone arrived on time, spent a good deal of time measuring and inspecting the roof and explaining to me his findings and recommendations. As a REALTOR I have attended hundreds and hundreds of home inspections and as an INVESTOR I have replaced more than a few roofs; based on my experience and his recommendations I felt that he was both the most competent, informative and affordable contractor I had interviewed. Everything I wanted was already included in his initial bid. There were no "ups" or "extras" and he even surprised me by rolling the ground with a magnetic roller to pickup any stray nails that might otherwise have found a tire. Clancy answered my call and was at our house within a few hours. He was able to quickly determine what he thought was the problem and schedule the repair for a few days later. He also inspected the entire roof and found no further problems, providing and inspection letter to that effect. He followed up today to confirm that the problem was fixed prior to sending me an invoice. I had been dealing unsuccessfully with the problem for over three months and with two other providers. Clancy (Atlas) quickly and professionally dealt with it in a few days and for $hundreds instead of $thousands.

Atlas owner was directly involved in both the roof inspection and presentation which is good. I believe Atlas tried to be very accommodating and they had the lowest bid.They have completed a number of roof replacements in our neighborhood. The owner seemed forthright and those who utilized Atlas seemed to be very satisfied. In the end I chose another contractor because I had some concerns about sole proprietorship and any possible future warranty work should that be necessary.

After a big wind storm a piece of trim from the peak of my roof had blown off. I tried to get a replacement piece at Lowes but found out it would require custom on site fabrication. The $$$ signs flashed before me. And who would I get to do this little job. I kept an eye out for someone in neighborhood working on the neighbor's house. I got one name from an insurance adjuster. I called the guy and talked to him but he never showed up. Then I met Clancy inspecting my neighbor's roof. He was wonderful. He showed me paint chips to match the trim and said he would have someone make the trim for me and put it up. And so he did. It looks great. The crew was fast, friendly, and professional. I will be calling them when my roof needs replaced.

They were good. It was great. They were very friendly, were timely and we loved the product. The salesperson was very friendly and answered all our questions. They were very easy to work with.

excellent service! Clancy provides thorough information during consultation and doesn't push customers to make commitment. He was patient and responsive during the entire process. The roofers were clean, efficient, and extremely polite. We will definitely call them again for any exterior work.

Siding- excellent product/color. We picked the company based on online reviews and the product that they offered. My wife really liked the color and look of the siding (Vinyl, Royal Journeymen Select). The bid was comparable with other siding companies for a better product. We ended up needing a little extra work and they were very fair in bidding that as well when it would have been easy to charge a premium. The work was actually done by a secondary contractor and not Atlas. Also they needed more siding than originally bid with no increase in the cost for that part of the project. Roofing- hired the same company to fix some spots on our roof. They forgot that part of the project and had to be reminded that we needed the roof fixed. Had significant weather delays but they did fix the worse part of the roof first. 3/4 of the job down and looks nice and doesn't leak. No issues with clean up Overall all a well managed project. Estimate and written bid were professional and well done. Generally responsive via e-mail.

They were very responsive and thorough. I don’t think there was anything out of the ordinary, but they were very polite and easy to talk to. I was happy with that, but I did not get the work done. The estimate was free. I would consider using them again in the future.

Atlas did a good job all the way around. They were quick and efficient. They did the roof on a hot day and they did a good job and finished it all in 13 hours. They did a good job cleaning up considering all of the stuff they took off the roof.
