It went fine. The tech looked at the roof and gave me a report; he told me how much longer the roof would last and that there were no problems with it at the present time. He was at the home for a half hour. I didn’t have any complaints.

Clancy returned my calls promptly and was able to accommodate my schedule when identifying a time to do the work. He arrived on time and performed the expected services. Everything went well.

We started with the roof inspection package, knowing I had two leaks, one in chimney flashing, and the other probably in the kitchen vent stack. Clancy inspected the roof, replaced a damaged stack. He sent a crew back within the week to reflash the chimney and replace the other vent stack. They had to blend in some shingles around the vent. All done very well. Installers were very professional, prompt, and best of all, the roof doesn't leak. I would use them again.d

He was excellent. The work was fine, and he was very good, very polite, and very proficient. He left the area better than he found it, because I think he blew some leaves out of the gutters. I would recommend him. The price seemed reasonable to me.

I purchased a $99 "deal" that was supposed to cover a roof inspection and minor repairs. Atlas completed the work within a month, which was reasonable considering the weather at that time. After the initial inspection I received a quote for some major repairs. To the best of my knowledge, no minor repairs were performed as a part of the "deal". The $99 seemed to cover only the inspection. We negotiated what work would be done and Atlas agreed to deduct the $99 from their quote. The total cost ended up being $250. Clancy was very nice and professional, and I'm satisfied with the work that was done. However, at the time I was a little irritated and felt like this "deal" was misinterpreted or misrepresented. Normally I would scratch Atlas off of my list because of the irritation factor, but they did do good work and were very professional. I would consider getting quotes from them for future roofing work.

Clancy arrived at the time agreed upon, did the inspection, made one minor repair, and e-mailed us the report within a week. We never received the report he sent, but once we contacted him about it, he re-sent it right away (his forward included the earlier sent message). A few days after he did the inspection, we noticed a nail was popped up under one shingle, so we called him and he came out on a Sunday to address it, for no additional charge. We were really pleased and when the need arises plan on giving him a call.

Mr. Clancy Malone (owner) personally came out and quoted the job with the Angie's discount and I explained that I wanted the cedar trim painted under the gutters. No problem, I supplied the paint and brushes and he quoted the labor. His crew was punctual, neat, professional, and timely. Mr. Malone followed up on their work and I was very satisfied and would recommend this company highly.

Atlas called, set an appointment . came to the house at that time and promptly fixed the roof.

As a result of very good service and high quality windows, I recommended Mike Murnane to my father (a retired real estate Broker- Rolls Realty- who is about as frugal as they come); he'd been wanting to do something about his windows for years. His ranch was built in 1964, and he'd been looking for a window that would match perfectly with the honey-colored maple throughout the house. Dad had looked at Pella and Rosati, but hadn't found a good match in keeping with the Colonial style of the home, at a reasonable cost. Mike showed my father some products initially, but after more consideration, pursued something he hadn't originally thought of, and returned with that product. It was a different line, but It was EXACTLY what Dad had been wanting- and after the job was completed, his visiting friends were not aware the windows had been replaced because they matched so perfectly. Dad ended up having exterior work ordered as well- he had gutters and gutter guards installed, and bought new shutters to replace the original wood ones. He was equally impressed with the people who came to install everything (this was a different team). They brought carpet protectors and drop cloths, and cleaned everything, leaving no trace that they'd been there. As a result, my sister and her husband ordered new windows, a new front door, and a rear sliding glass door replacement. I am a realtor, and have recommended Mike, his associates, and Atlas Roof and Exteriors to other agents, inspectors, neighbors, and friends. What I like most is the value and the price. Mike knows what types of products are appropriate for the style and price point of homes. What would be appropriate for a house in the $129,900 range is not the same as what clients would expect in a $250,000 home; and of course, a home in the luxury market demands something above and beyond. The bottom line is to get an energy efficient window to add value and beauty to ANY home. I believe Mike works to get you what you want at a price that is affordable. I don't detect any of that smooth talking, bait and switch nonsense with Mike. The people with whom Mike works do what they say they will do. Many home owners are intimidated by such a big investment. We've noticed a big difference in how our house feels as the weather has changed. It's quieter. The temperature is more uniform throughout the house and we're more comfortable. We're saving money because everything is airtight. I feel confident recommending Mr. Murnane and the company for which he works.

very good all around on responsiveness, explaining the products, providing examples of previous work (easy to look at roof!), quality, timeliness, managing the summer sun for the installation, and follow-up. If you need a roof replacement , I would hire this company again.

It was wonderful! He was able to fix a leak we were experiencing because the flashing was not installed correctly and gave us an idea of when we should be expecting to install a new roof.

Clancy was great to work with. Communication was prompt and he arrived when he said he would. He took the time to listen to my concerns and got to work. After he was finished, he discussed everything he had done and told me where there were areas of additional concern. I will definitely be keeping Clancy's business card handy for any future repairs needed.

He did an estimate and sealed up a couple things. It went really well. He was polite and on time. He let me know about how long the work should last.

They did a great job. He called and told me he was about a week behind, but I was not in a hurry. They called and came out within 2 weeks of my big deal order. Inspected the roof, replaced a stack cover too. No high pressure sale - in fact I was told my 10 year roof was in excellent condition. He did tell me my gutters were undersized, which I knew before they performed the service. He gave me a good quote on a replacement gutter package. I will likely use Atlas for that.

I would definitely work work with Atlas again. Not only were they reasonably priced but Clancy did not try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed and he was very up front of the pros and cons of the repair.

They were prompt, professional and we thought that the price they gave us for the work done (replacing shingles, some other repairs) was reasonable. They explained that one of the vent issues was an HVAC issue and that we needed to get someone else in to look at it. We were very pleased with their work.

These folks were very good about contacting me as the weather broke to schedule the service. They arrived at the promised date and performed the service. They provided a written explanation of what was done and noted any areas of possible concern. I contacted them by phone within a few days to discuss what was done and the concern areas noted. They were very courteous over the phone. My only reservation about the service provided is that I would have expected that while on the roof they would have cleared off the pine needles that had accumulated in the valleys over the winter. This is easy to do while on the roof, not so easy from the ground.

I asked him about why one corner of my roof was sagging and he explained the reason and suggested I have it fixed when I have my roof redone in a few years due to it would cost much more to just have the corner done at this time. He was very professional and courteous and felt like he was being very honest and upfront about my situation.

The service turned out fine. Everything worked out as expected. They communicated right away to get the service scheduled. He came on time on the scheduled date and got the work done. I was happy with the work.

He was on the roof for about 10 minutes and put some caulk around some things. He never went in to the attic which was included on the deal. Again it seemed like he was in a hurry to get the work done and get out.

The stucco was cracking and bubbling on the eaves of our front porch. We had a stucco person tell us before he could do his work we needed to have the gutters checked to see if they needed caulked. I bought the $99 deal from Atlas Roof and Exteriors. It was the middle of winter (January 22) so I knew it would be a while before the work could be done. On Feb. 4th Clancy Malone sent an email saying he would get back to me asap to schedule because the winter weather was so bad this year. On Feb. 18th he contacted me again just to let me know he had not forgot about me. On March 9 I rec'd an email saying he would get to it that week. On the 10th he emailed again saying he would be out that day. He got busy that day and did not show but on the morning of the 11th I got another email and he said it would be that day. He showed up and took a look at the roof. He explained the issues with my roof/gutters. He came up with a solution and fixed it that day. If his solution works I will be thrilled because it potentially could have been an expensive fix. Except for the one day where he did not show Clancy kept me posted on his scheduling and I am pleased with my purchase.

They were great. They arrived as scheduled and di the work. I got a detailed and accurate report on the roof condition and they did not try to sell me any services that I did not need. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received.
