Clancy was always very responsive and very knowledgable! He answered all my questions thoroughly and came to the house several times to make sure I felt comfortable with the process and to check on the finished work. The roof is beautiful and the whole project was completed in just a little over a day! I will be contacting him in the future when I am ready for new gutters and windows.

I've used Atlas 3 times now - had a roof inspection (Angie's list deal) several years ago, then gutters & downspouts replaced a couple of years ago. Each time, I found Clancy to be responsive & prompt & I was highly satisfied with the services provided. This most recent time, I was noticing a problem with the flashing on several areas of my roof that I thought might eventually lead to leaking, and called to request an estimate for repair. Clancy came out while I was at work one day soon after, saw that the fix was pretty straightforward, and just got up on the roof and took care of it then and there, without charging me anything (just in time, too, since we had practically a monsoon the next day). Atlas has really helped me out. I appreciate it!

Clancy came out and provided an estimate for our roof replacement, and it was substantially lower than the other company we had checked with first. They were quick to get us scheduled, arrived on time, and finished on time. They were clean, professional, and very responsive to my emails and phone calls throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company. We love our new roof, and Atlas and Clancy made the process simple and stress free.

The technician from Atlas is the first person to respond to my query on Angie's list considering my urgency. He not only came as per the time he promised but also did the minor repair that it needed without even charging for it. He also advised me on the right thing to do. In this greedy world, it is hard to find a nice person like him. It never happened to me until now. I can't thank him enough. I greatly appreciate the help he provided.

Clancy was excellent to work with. When my roof was leaking on a very rainy, wet couple of days, he came out right away and sealed the problem area so that no more water would come in. Several weeks later he came out and replaced the boot. Nice to work with, responsive and reasonable. Would hire again.

Best price, personal service. Clancy will work with you until you are happy and fix what needs to be fixed. He even came out and checked our roof for us a year later when asked. The crew were considerate and quick! Overall great job.

I had to call into Atlas twice before getting a call back from Clancy. We discussed my need for a quote to have the whole house sided and he said he would be out within 48 hours and would email a quote to me. I have not heard from him since nor have I received a quote. Communication is key and the lack thereof is extremely disappointing.

Clancy was responsive. Job was done quickly. Gutters look good and all seems well.

Clancy is the owner. He is actually the one who comes out and gives you an estimate. They worked from 8am to 8pm. They brought in 2 crews to get the job done. They were very good. Clancy has a foreman who stays with the job. Clancy also stayed part of the time. I was gone most of the day. I came home and the foreman came to the door and kept me informed. When compared with other estimates, the price was reasonable.

The section to be replaced was fairly large. A five man crew showed up early on the agreed day and was done by 3 pm. Everyone was efficient and polite. We couldn't have asked for more. Atlas was honest. The estimator tried to fix the problem with caulk or sealer at no charge a few months earlier but the fix didn't work. It turned out that a section of the wood underneath the shingles had started to rot. We are delighted with the work.

It was okay, but I felt as though I was getting a hard sell to purchase a new roof.

When it would rain, the ceiling fan in our master bath leaked water around its edge. I saw the $99 special for Atlas and liked what I read about them, so got in touch. I told them we'd gone up into the attic and saw a bit of light coming through at the roof line / pipe, but due to the pitch of the roof I didn't want to take it on myself. Once Clancy was able to pay a visit / inspect, he replaced a bad pipe boot and caulked around the other one. In the 9 months and multiple rainstorms since, our ceiling around the fan continues to be bone dry . . . mission accomplished.

The job was done as promised and on time. The crew worked hard in the July sun and were polite in every way. They definitely knew what they were doing. I chose Atlas based on the experience I had two years earlier when I had a minor roof problem and needed an expert opinion about the real condition of my roof after a hail storm. The Atlas rep gave me an honest appraisal and did not try to sell a new roof to me. When another small leak appeared under mossy shingles, I called Atlas back for a trusted estimate. The time for a new roof had come.

He went on top of the roof and had a check of the shingles and caulks. He cleaned up a couple of places, took pictures to show me, and told me that the roof was in good condition. He also provided some advice another problem that I had. Very nice, patient and professional.

We had the roof repaired a few years ago by a handyman and then noticed our bedroom ceiling getting wet. He went up there and found a huge gap. He took pictures of before and after he fixed and showed them to me when he got back down. He also emailed those to me so I would have the reference. While he was up there, he also went around and hammered the gutters tight against the house all around the perimeter of the roof. Bonus! He was very nice, very professional and didn't take forever and was on time. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The crew was very polite and cleaned up as they worked. They even had a magnetic roller to pick up the dropped nails.

Everything was fine. Gave estimate for roof replacement which was reasonable.
