Description of Work: I bought a $99 roof maintenance package. There were long delays (days to weeks) in his response to phone calls and messages through Angie's List and directly. Instead of meeting me at the house, he came out before the agreed upon date, inspected the roof, and did some work on his own. I had to have him come out again because he missed items that I had specifically requested. Partially based on his recommendations, I asked him to quote me for some additional work. It took until 12/13 before I had the estimate -- over 2 months after our first contact. The estimate included work that another roofer said was unnecessary (capping my cedar fascia with aluminum). | |I have no issue with the quality of his work, he pointed out a number of things I hadn't noticed and required my attention, and his prices were quite good for many of the things he recommended. However, I don't want to work with someone that can't communicate in a timely manner, and I question the recommendation he made for the $1,400 fascia capping.

Description of Work: The performed a Angie's Maintenance Deal involving both a complete roof inspection and a minor repair. We were so pleased with this experience that we subsequently asked them for a bid to re-roof our house, and have just signed a contract for them to do so early next month.

Description of Work: Representative from Atlas came out to check my leaky roof. There were some issues around the chimney> The representative also found issues w/ the shingles. Atlas contacted manufacturer of the shingles and opened a complaint. I have not had the issue around the chimney fixed or the shingle issue resolved. I paid the promotion amount to Angie's list but have only received one visit to my home. Still waiting.

Description of Work: The guys were great. Very professional and honest. They checked the roof, repaired and replaced damaged shingles and checked the flashing. I was very impressed with the company.
