+ -1 moreI had several painting companies come out to look at the project, they told me that because he did the work while the building was wet the work would have to be re-done. He has been out several times to look at the project and each time told me he’d add me to the schedule to make it right, each year he’s come out at least one time, until this last year, but he has never finished the work. They damaged a tree that is not replaceable, and were supposed to put trim on the garage, and that has not been done either.
Description of Work: They painted for me and about 9 months later the paint was coming off. I had mildew when he started painting, that he told me I wouldn’t have to worry about it coming back, but it has. He told me then that I’d have to power wash it every year.There were foot and a half strips that were bare on the house. I had to hire another man just to paint areas that were bare to keep the wood from rotting.
