+ -1 moreWhen we called they sent a someone right out. Our old air and furnace was 23 years old and the air unit was burnt up. They helped us out right away with a new system. We had some hot days, but they came thru and we had air-conditioning again. The installers were clean, professional and friendly, especially with our dog. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing any heating or air-conditioning.

Description of Work: They installed a heat pump/air conditioning system in our home including ducting. The home previously had electric baseboard heat, so this was a complete system install. They even had to replace my electrical breaker box due to it being unsafe. | |Everything went fantastic from start to finish. Doug Morris came to the house to get the information and check out what was needed. He was very timely with the quote and explained everything on it including options. | |The equipment was placed on order and the work commenced a short time after we accepted the proposal. Dave Cantrell and his crew performed the work. They were very professional and kept the work site exceptionally clean. Part of the job required a hole to be cut through a wall which was brick in our family room. They explained that this would cause a lot of dust, and they did everything they could to minimize the mess. Due to their care there was relatively little cleanup for us to do. | |The system works well and does a fine job maintaining our home environment. There were two minor problems that showed up after the installation. Jerry from Morris was very prompt in getting to our home and resolving both issues. | |We are very happy with the quality of the system and the installation. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. |

+ -1 moreThe receptionist told me that the person I needed to speak with was not in at the time I called, but could call me the next day. That person called promptly at 8:00 a.m. the following morning and set an appt. for that same afternoon. The technician spent 45 minutes checking many areas in our upstairs, basement, and even outside. He wrote up his results and gave them to me that same day so that we could share them with the realtor.
Description of Work: We have had a service contract with Morris Heating & Cooling for several years. They come each fall and spring to check our furnace and AC. We are in the process of selling our house and an inspection indicated a possible concern regarding the furnace and carbon monoxide. Although we had had the furnace checked in September, we decided to pay to have another in-depth check of the furnace. I called one day and Morris came the next.

+ 0 moreObsolete radiator for a how water system needed to be removed as I am remodeling the downstairs bath. Russ removed it but had to drain the system to accomplish this. System sealed and was refilling when he decided he just better check and make sure it was refiling. Thank goodness he did, the inbound water line was completely clogged! No water to the furnace, he dismantled the line until he located the clog, opened it up and reassembled the line. No parts needed and system is now properly filling but if he would not have checked when the furnace fired, at the minimum no heat at the max burn up the furnace.

+ -1 moreShowed up right on time. Had the part on his truck and fixed it. Very professional and polite. Was careful not to let the dog out or get mud on the white carpet. I made another appointment for that Friday to have both the furnaces and both the air conditioning units yearly maintenance.

I have two furnaces and two air conditioning units so I also wanted a good price which I feel they give me along with the excellent service. They were recommended to me by someone I work with and I have been very happy with them as has my coworker.

They were here by 8:00, worked with the home warranty company to arrange a claim and payment. Had the motor in stock and replaced it immediately. They have also replaced both an outdoor condensing unit and indoor evaporator unit in my home. Outstanding service, quick response, good service and fair prices.
