FREE Estimates for the Miami Valley Area. We are BBB Accredited with and A+ rating. Financing available with monthly payments as low as $117.87 per month based on a $7500 loan for 96 months (example) . We have a 10-14 lead time but usually its completed sooner. I normally takes one day to complete the roof project. We have either a dump truck or trailer at the property the day of the job only . No dumpsters are left at your property for days or weeks . Landscaping around the house we are carful not to damage any plants. We can provide A worker Comp certificate and we can add you as an additional insured on the insurance policy which has a 2 million dollar coverage.

He was timely when he came out for our estimate. we requested a specific week for the work to be done and he was accommodating. crew showed up on time, great job, cleaned up prior to leaving.

They removed the existing roof (2) layers. They installed 17 sheets of OSB sheets, ice and water barrier - synthetic felt, drip edge, 2 pipe boots, new step flashing on all walls and starter strip. Completed by installing 29 sq of Certain Teed Landmark Shingles and Shadow Ridge Cap. Done in 2 days.
Description of Work: my bedroom ceiling was leaking, discovered that my water was coming in through my porch.The result was i needed a new roof, plus replace some osb for they were rotten.

He went above and beyond what you would expect out of a normal contractor. He was easy to get ahold of and very honest. If something is not right, he will guarantee satisfaction and fix it. He did not charge extra for other repairs. I was very impressed. I wouldn't waste time calling anyone else.

I dont like people working on Sunday, but because of the weather he wanted to get it done, so they could finish. Everything was great, it was easy.

His team did a fantastic job. They were in and out in a day. They cleaned everything up when they were finished including going around our house with a type of magnet to pick up any roofing nails in the yard. We were very impressed with the quality of work and would definitely use him again and refer to him.

Description of Work: Initial meeting to discuss work order and evaluate damage went well, but we did not receive the promised cost estimate. Not a big deal, but the company never responded to our subsequent inquiries to whether or not they were planning to submit a quote. If they were not interested in the job I would have preferred they just say that up front.

Hello [Member Name Removed] , I went to your house directly after you called me and you knew I was going straight to your house since the rain stopped and we were to meet in person . When I got there within 30 minutes you were gone. I knocked at the door and called the number you called me on with no answer. I waited there for about 30 more minutes then left a business card on the mailbox. I did not know what happened since you told me you called more than one other contractors. I did not meet you or evaluate your damage you said there was interior damage.
