+ -1 moreI requested that the technician wear a mask in MY home. The repair was very short. They REFUSED to honor my request. Whirlpool called them, and they again refused. They were rude in all conversations. They will not wear a mask while they are in your home working making a repair even if you have someone who is high risk living there.

+ -1 moreI WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY THEM $70, JUST FOR THE EVALUATION. I COULD NOT HAVE REPLACED THE APPLIANCE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE COST. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND THEY REPAIRED THE APPLIANCE QUICKLY. THE SERVICE MAN WAS RESPECTFUL.
Description of Work: THEY EVALUATED MY DISHWASHER, THEN REPAIRED IT. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A PUMP.
