+ -1 moreI called to get an estimate in December. The guy that came was very informative. The product seemed great, the warrenty was nice, and the price was great! They had the custom windows made and called to set up the install the second week in January. They replaced all the windows in a day and 3 hours. They came across some rot in some of the windows, so they tore it out and replaced it and insulated it. I couldn't be happier. Less outside noise, and no more drafts coming from my windows.
Description of Work: replaced all 12 windows in my house.

+ -1 moreRemoved and disposed of old windows,installed 11 new ones,4 small 7 large. Insulated,caulked and finish trimmed both inside and outside. Very good cleanup! I had 3 bids, 1 @ $3300, Hepners @ $2750 and one for $2130. I had dealt before with Hepner on small jobs so I was comfortable using their services.The cheapest bid was from a do it all contractor, roofs, siding, drywall etc. felt much more comfortable with a window specialist. And you do get what you pay for!!

+ 0 moreWe have been using them since 1990 and they have been very good. We decided to use them because the original owner was a friend of mine.
Description of Work: Hepner's Windows & Doors of Piqua installed seven windows for me. They replaced every window in the house except the stained glass windows and the double glass windows. They have also installed storm doors in the front and back.

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROMPT. I FELT THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. HE GAVE ME A TIME FRAME AND FINISHED WITHIN IT. RICK HAULED ALL THE OLD DOORS AWAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
