"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"I have to agree with many recent reviews. We signed contract with with Decks and Beyond to rebuild our deck and paid 50% in May 2022. They promised to complete this project in early to mid August. Our sales consultant, JR, message on me August 17 that we are next in line for project and to be completed before 22nd. It is now August 3 2023. We called many times and left multiple messages at their main office and voicemail. I am surprised to see this business on Angi. We went thru arbitration via Angi in April 2023. Owner Russ told us that they will complete work. He came down to look at our deck again some time in April. He told us that he will give me date following week. Tried to contact him and also main office number. Just very frustrating."
