+ -1 moreVery nice guy, however it was a nightmare. Work lasted 8 hours instead of 2 and we got billed for the 8. My husband had to be his assistant helping him do the work and trying to figure out what was wrong.

+ -1 moreBALTES & DWYER SENT PEOPLE THAT KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I DIDN'T SEE ANYONE SLACKING OFF, AND THEY WERE SURE TO ASK IF WE WERE HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT.
