Obviously doesn't know how to use a phone. 2 years and no return call. Very rude and unprofessional.

Contacted First Energy to obtain contractor name for rewiring my home, as they have a program that will let you finance it through your electric bill with no interest. Contractor gave me an estimate, I agreed on the price. He gave me papers to sign. I did. Later I saw that they said the work was all complete. Bottom line: He did not finish the job, left trash (food) and debris in my yard and also debris (a lot) in my attic. He put a hole in my bathroom ceiling, left electrical boxes with no covers on in my attic. Stated that he would get an electrical permit, which he did not. I called him at least 5 times now to come finish, as I had taken all things out of my attic and they were stored in my living room. I had a contractor lined up to insulate my attic and I wanted to get the electrical work complete before I insulated the attic. The contractor was at my house a total of 3 days, possibly 4 but I doubt it. He did not replace all wiring as he was supposed to and made excuses that he would need to put holes in the walls if he replaced some of the wiring. The last time I talked to him he said he would call me the next day to schedule coming back. That did not happen. He will not return my calls. He has been paid by First Energy and I had to give him a check for over $600 that First Energy would not cover.
