Description of Work: Called for an estimate for chimney liner installation. They came out and checked the job out and said they'd put an estimate together and get back to me. They never did. I contacted them through email to ask if there was a problem. Still unresponsive. Not even to tell me they don't want the job (if that's the case). It's been weeks...

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO CLEAN AND INSPECT OUR CHIMNEY. THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB AND ALSO INFORMED US OF SOME THINGS TO KEEP AN EYE ON THAT MAY NEED REPAIR IN THE FUTURE. THEY SUGGESTED THAT WE PURCHASE A CHIMNEY CAP AND EXPLAINED WHY IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL AS WELL AS SHOWED US PICTURES OF THE CHIMNEY CAP THAT WAS SUGGESTED. THEY ORDERED IT AND WERE BACK OUT WITHIN THE WEEK TO INSTALL IT.

+ -1 moreTHEY SQUEEZED ME INTO THEIR SCHEDULE WITH SHORT NOTICE. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS WONDERFUL. THE WORKER LEFT NO FOOTPRINTS, DUST OR MESS OF ANY KIND. EXPLAINED SOME THINGS THAT MIGHT REQUIRE REPAIR IN THE FUTURE, BUT WERE NOT AT ALL PUSHY. THEY CALLED AHEAD TO ADVISE THERE MIGHT BE A DELAY DUE TO THE WEATHER. VERY PLEASED.
