 + -1 moreThe man who answered the phone was responsive and patient as I talked through my rather bizarre issue. He asked pertinent questions and ultimately stated candidly that sending a tech out would be a waste of my money because he has never heard of anything like this before (after 31 years in business). He could have lied and sent someone out just to collect a service fee with no work performed, but instead he was honest and directed me to a larger company who performs much of Whirlpool's warranty work. That honesty is rare and I appreciated his help and professionalism. I would contact this company again if facing a different issue.
Description of Work: In the process of diagnosing and treating an unusual water quality issue with my refrigerator's water and ice dispensers, I contacted Pickerington Appliance Repair.
