 + -1 moreHe was the most prompt of the three inspectors we contacted. He also quoted the cheapest price. When we arrived 15 minutes early, he had obviously already been there for some time. The house was open and he was inside inspecting the electrical panel. He spent three hours inspecting and explaining and in the end recommended three general contractors to do some of the work needed on the house. We were completely satisfied.
Description of Work: He thoroughly inspected the house in question. He pointed out areas of concern and then further investigated them. Gave me a detailed report with pictures and written explanations so I did not have to rely on my memory.

Description of Work: Inspected whole house, including termite inspection, and informed us of any possible issues and was very thorough with explanations. Offered great advice and let us know the repairs and additions that were done on the house were of quality and were done correctly. We received a professional report that we were then able to supply to the sellers and agent. Chris was great to work with.

 + -1 moreChris responded quickly after I called him to schedule. They were able to get me in quickly. Chris and Dave were flexible in performing the inspection under some unexpected circumstances and were thorough in their inspection of the home. Dave was very knowledgeable about many aspects of the home and gave me a lot of information during the inspection. Their report was also thorough. Overall a wonderful first home inspection experience and would happily call Chris and Dave again!
