If she did not want the work, she should have just said no to begin with.
Description of Work: I contacted company to ask for an estimate. Jenny gave me a dollar amount estimate over the phone and then made an appointment to come to my home the following Monday to look at the house and give me a final estimate. She did not show up, nor did she call to explain why, or set up another appointment. I never heard from her again.

VERY NICE, AND AN EXTREMELY HARD WORKER. NEVER TAKES A BREAK, BUT ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH LITTLE EXTRA'S. ALWAYS SMILING AND PLEASANT.
Description of Work: DOES A COMPLETE CLEANING EVERY TWO WEEKS. INCLUDING BATHROOMS, KITCHEN, EVEN OUTSIDE OF ALL APPLIANCES, DUSTING ALL FURNITURE AND BLINDS, EVEN BASEBOARDS, VACUUMING ALL CARPET INCLUDING STAIRS, SWEEPING ALL HARDWOOD FLOORS, AND EVEN HAND CLEANING ALL HARDWOOD, NO MOPS USED.
