wonderful! She is the best!

Judith has been my housekeeper for years. I have noticed in past year that her work has been deteriorating and that she has been having problems seeing. I recommended she get an eye exam since she was missing so many items and she agreed one was past due. Yet she never has went to get one. My mother passed and we needed her house cleaned out to put on the market. I thought I would do Judith a favor and give her the job since it was large and would pay well. My father(deceased) was a master craftsman and he and my mother built the house 65 years ago and it had lots of detailed woodwork. I told Judith when she quoted the job to allot for supplies. We let her know it needed scrubbed from top to bottom and I told her it would take more and likely 3 days instead of the 2 days that she quoted. I tried to make her aware so she did not cut herself short on the quote. I showed up first day and her and her helper did really good. I brought supplies because knowing Judith I knew she would not provide adequate supplies even though I told her what to buy at the time of quoting and how much and to make sure she included the price in the quote. The second day she got there she did not want to work. I let her know with what was left I still thought they would need that extra 2 days to clean and she said it would not take that long. I reminded her that when it was quoted everything needed cleaned from top to bottom and she was made aware of that at the time of the quote. I am disabled and I am not suppose to be doing any physical work. Anyway she was complaining from the time she started that I wanted things too clean. I told her she was aware there was alot of woodwork that needed washed and polished. I would go behind check something she cleaned and it would be filthy. She would say she cleaned it. There was too much dirt for it to have been cleaned. I ended up wiping it. It came clean for me. Then I and her helper would find areas she would lay items over top of dirt to hide it. Then when I would ask her why she did not clean it she started screaming and using profanities. I asked her helper even to verify with her the dirt I found since she did not want to come and look. I just wanted to get the job done and was hoping she would settle down as the day went by. I told her we needed to talk but we would do it on another day once things were calmer and we would push through and finish the job. She totally lacked professionalism. When I asked if she cleaned a certain area she said that was not her problem it was her helpers fault. In all the years of doing business I have never heard a businessowner shift blame to an employee and tell the customer to take it up with that employee. She did not want to handle the issue. By the end of the day I worked 11 hours doing heavy labor which I am not suppose to be doing and she felt she should be paid for. I don't think so,. The next week I could barely move and had to increase my medication due to severe pain. I asked Judith how much she paid her laborers. She said normally just $10 hr. This job was quoted $425. and paying her help only $100. I told her then I would deduct $10 hour for 11 hours minus for my labor. Then she told her helper that she was being f**ked over. I told her the only one's being screwed was me and her helper. Then her helper said there goes her pay because Judith would take it out on her. Being her helper worked so hard, I only docked her $75. I did not want to see her helper penalized due to her inabilities to perform at the very least an adequate job. It made me think that if she was trying to hide dirt in an empty house from me what was she doing in my house??? So I went through my house and I could not have fired her soon enough. I was appalled at the amount of dirt that had not been cleaned. She did clean good at first, then once she gets in there she starts cutting corners. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

It went very well. They were a little late but that wasn't a problem. They quickly got to work. All the rooms needed a deep cleaning and that's what they got. They even wiped down the walls, which was much needed since I live with a smoker. I was really impressed. I would hire them again.

Judith and her assistant did a great job for my daughter's home. They cleaned bathrooms, swept carpet and hardwood floors, mopped floors, cleaned the stove inside and outside, cleaned the refrigerator, wiped down the baseboards, cleaned kitchen, cleaned kitchen windows inside, wiped down back door, dusted her window blinds and ceiling fans. Judith was on time and was reasonably priced. Both my daughter and I plan to call her again for cleaning services.

She does the bathroom and the center hallway, living room, kitchen regularly and sometimes we add other stuff to do. She does a wonderful job, she does anything you want and if you don't like the way she cleans then she'll come back and fix it. She comes out almost every other Wednesday. She is prompt.

I had renters for 2 years and planned on moving back into my home in late May 2016. I contacted several companies through Angie's list with just a couple of days' notice to see if they had any availability to clean my home before I moved back in (I was skeezked out by the idea of my renters' skin cells all over everything). Judith was very prompt in her replies and didn't beat around the bush in price or services offered. She immediately told me she had an opening to do the work and gave me a price, which I agreed to. I gave her my address and phone number, and when the day came for her to do the cleaning, Friday evening, she texted me to tell me that I didn't have running water in the house, so she couldn't do the cleaning. I felt really bad that she'd driven all the way to Ashville (pretty out of the way of Columbus) and couldn't do the work, but I was more concerned about why I didn't have water. I apologized to Judith and she told me to let her know in the next week when I had water so she could come back. I ended up cleaning on my own (my significant other actually did it), so I didn't contact Judith again. I appreicated all of her flexibility and responsiveness, but if she'd followed up with me soon after I probably would've ended up going with her instead of doing it on our own. Overall, if I needed a service like this again, I would probably feel comfortable contacting her again for the job because she was very easy to contact and get scheduled.

They were pretty good. I porbably would use them again but I have this thing about strangers coming into the house. I was pretty comfortable with them. I thought they did a pretty good job. I would not say they were an A. They were a B. They were not as fast as they could have been. They had conversations. I think that would be the only thing. They were two nice ladies. The price was okay. They were still very nice. If I needed to, I would use them.

the appointment was easy to arrange. Around my schedule. They arrived at the agreed upon time. They completed the work requested.

Judith appears to be the owner/manager of this cleaning company and she truly values her customers. We engaged her services the first time using the discount offer and retained her to do biweekly cleaning for us. She and her helper do a very, very thorough job cleaning. They clean things most other cleaners don't take time to do. They even do little things that I wouldn't expect them to do like putting fresh can liners in the wastebaskets after emplying them and dusting all the knickknacks one by one by hand. She has cleaned several times for us now and has always been completely reliable, punctual, and friendly. And their price is very reasonable.

I was not overly impressed. The glass shower door was not cleaned very well, they missed a lot of details (e.g., the top of the television, I had to ask them to clean the baseboards because they forgot, there were still cobwebs in some of the light fixtures, etc.). They broke some glass tea light holders that are on my coffee table. Overall, for the price, they just did not do a great job.

The company came out to do a deep cleaning with limited supplies and no running hot water due to the changeover in the utilities from my previous tenant. The 2 woman crew spent approximately six hours in the home cleaning, but did not tell us that the cleaning was impossible to do due to the residence not having hot water. My brother who assist in managing the property came to check on the work and was not impressed with the job we paid for. After a disagreement, the crew then accused my family of "trying to get by" and lying about the actual square footage of the home after we expressed our concern about the quality of the work performed. I was not impressed by the professionalism of the company at one point. However, the manager did apologize and agreed to came back out to do the work I requested and paid for. The second time around we were impressed because the manager kept her promise.

Judith came to my house with her assistant and they did a wonderful job. As a matter of fact, I am having them come every 2 weeks now on a -permanent basis. The ladies are also very polite and professional.

This was a list deal purchase. The provider contacted me promptly and scheduled the service at a convenient time. The cleaners arrived at the scheduled time. The job was cleaning of two levels of the house minus one bedroom that was under repair. They did a satisfactory job considering the house is older and has many nooks and crevices.

I had her scheduled for a deep-clean housecleaning. She did not show up and she did not call. I am very disappointed, and will be looking for another cleaning service. This was especially bad, because I had told her that I had become dissatisfied with the cleaning service I had been using since 2008.

Terrible! They didn't sweep the floors before they mopped and you can see it clearly. Mirrors were smeared, range still needed cleaning, cobwebs still on the ceiling, ceiling fan wasn't cleaned. Never again!

I bought the deal as a Christmas present for my parents. My dad is in a wheelchair and my mother has just had carpel tunnel surgery and they definitely needed the help. I was surprised how quickly I was able to schedule the cleaning for them, especially around a major holiday. The two person team showed up at their house right when they said they would and stayed for over 10 hours to complete everything the deal included. I went over to their house the day after they had cleaned and I swear I saw wood sparkling. It was gorgeous everywhere I looked, and I felt much better about letting my toddler wander around their house. My dad told me that while cleaning the ceiling fan blades, one of the women noticed a blade was loose, and asked for a screwdriver so she could tighten it up. My folks have a six burner professional range that was covered in grease and it looked showroom ready, as did all the stainless steel in their kitchen. It really made me feel good to know that some crew didn't take advantage of my parents, and they were so happy that they tipped the women $20 a piece!

I was very satisfied with J's Cleaning Service. I could tell by my security alarm how long they stayed (2 people) and they stayed a little longer than the purchased time. They even emptied our trash compacter which I didn't expect them to do. They were a few hours late but Judith sent me a text telling me they would be late so it was not a problem. I would hire them again to clean my house. It's nice to come home from work to a clean house!!

We purchased a whole house deep cleaning for $189, and have had repeat cleanings from Judith's cleaning service for $100 since that time. We have been very pleased with their services.

Responsive to initial phone call; straight-forward; prompt for appointment; went right to work and did a quality job. Will use them again.

Very impressed. These ladies are awesome.

It went great. I left a message, she responded promptly and scheduled me for 3 days later. She was very pleasant & gave me all the details about what it included & didn't include. They came ON TIME ( which is amazing & hasn't happened with other cleaning companies I've worked with!) and worked dilligently the entire time. They swept & mopped all my floors ( entry way, hall way, kitchen, bathrooms) cleaned my kitchen & baths, vaccummed everything including stairs, (which is very hard for me to do because I am pregnant & don't like to lug a heavy vaccum up & down) dusted all my furniture such as entertainment center & wine bar/buffet, removed & put back picture frames, etc. , cleaned mirrors/tubs/sinks, etc. and even made my bed & changed the sheets. They were so nice & did a really good job. My house looked show-ready when they were done. I was so happy!

Judith called me to set up the appointment and then followed through to let me know she was running on schedule.I had come in from out of town so I appreciated her being thoughtful and on time. She and Patty arrived and got right to work. They were both pleasant and had a great work ethic. I would both recommend them and use them again for my personal needs.

Judith has been cleaning my house for 3 years and she is always very reliable. She is very flexible and reasonably priced. She does a very good job cleaning the house and listens to your feedback.

They do a great job, they are very reliable and trustworthy. I have had her for 5 years now, and I can't imagine not having her around.

We'll continue using their cleaning services. They do the deep cleaning once or twice a year which doesn't come with the same pricing as the regular cleaning.
