Description of Work: Fixed both an iMac and a MacBook Pro. Restored Bluetooth, added RAM, restructured file system and permissions for faster processing, added "white paper" to block nefarious and inappropriate sites. Both machines are as good as new. Or better.

+ -1 moreHe was prompt to follow up my message requesting a service appointment, showed on time for the appointment, and was genuinely pleasant to work with. He answered any questions that we had throughout. While here he cleaned all of the junk out of my computer, discovered a virus that he then got rid of, added additional RAM, and added an external hard drive for additional storage and onsite backup. He also spent time working with my teenage son to improve his wi fi signal/connectivity to his Playstation 4 for online gaming purposes. We were very pleased with all of the effort and work he put forth, felt like the cost of service was more than fair, based on the amount of work and time put into it, and would absolutely call again for future needs and/or refer to friends.
Description of Work: Shane came out to our home to clean up and upgrade my computer and to see about improving wi fi coverage to a bedroom for video gaming.

+ -1 moreShane was efficient and so amenable to our all our questions, he went from task to task quickly and cheerfully. We kept adding to his " to do" list. No issue or problem was too big or too small.
Description of Work: Shane did the following: 1. downloaded and installed my printer to my laptop, installed new virus protection. examined the dvd player - it stopped working 2. removed all the viruses from our PC - the list was endless 3. installed virus protection on the PC 4. connected my husband's pacemaker monitoring system and got it to transmit to the clinic 5. removed cds that were jammed in the bose disc player 6. helped me set up facebook to our new smart TV
