Green Clean of Columbus

The owner Mike came to my home to look over my house and give me an estimate. He was on time an very professional. He asked me what my expectations of the service were, he asked if I had any areas of concern in my home, he was very detailed in the explanation of the services they would be performing. We agreed upon the price for the deep cleaning, I told him I did not want to commit to a regular service until I saw how the deep cleaing came out. He agreed that was the best thing to do, he told me that he wouldnt even allow me to scheulde service until he was sure that I would be confident in the service that they provide. We scheduled service for the following week which worked best for me. The following week he and his crew came to my house, he told me that he would be working with the crew on the first clean to ensure that they have an understading of my needs, and what I expected. They were all dressed proffesionaly. I had to leave for work so I left them alone in the house, I was a little nervous about leaving people I didn't really know alone, but he showed me all his credientials in our first meeting, insurance, license, etc.. by the time I came back they were gone, and let me tell you I was super impressed!! The house was spotless, the ktichen, the bath, everything. They even cleaned the ligth bulbs in my fixures!!! On the kitchen table I found a thank you card and a small vase with fresh flowers!!! Very impressed, will absolutely keep using them.
