Heath Wooley was excellent! We had been told by 2 other local plumbers that we were looking at anywhere from $7,000-$12,000 to have our main line replaced. I finally submitted a Home Advisor request and Heath called me the very next morning. I asked him a million questtions on the phone and he, very pleasantly, answered each one of them. He then came out and did a free quote that was only 1/3 of the lowest quote we had received elsewhere. He explained each step of the process to us before he performed the service and did everything just as he said he would. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing worrk done!

Heath said he would be at the house at 8AM for the estimate and he was right on time. He said he would be out at 8AM for the dig up and he was right on time again. He respected our time too by honoring his time commitment! The job was professionally started and completed the same day. I would recommend them!

The project was top notch. The three men worked hard, took care to protect my flower bed and kept busy the entire time. I would use them again and will request the same three men. Final project turned out great. I would use them again if needed.

I received bids from four contractors to repair my sewer line. E & B Wooley was the only contractor creative enough to resolve the issue without wanting to demolish my concrete stairs which saved me $9000. Their bid for the work was also the lowest. They were prompt, professional and ensured the line issue was completely resolved. Would definitely have them work on any issues I have in the future.

About half of all other quotes. They know their work and know what it takes to complete the job fairly. That's why they don't overcharge. Did an emerg service the foloowing day on another property. Went above and beyond with permits, inspectors, and keeping cost very low.I will never waste time with any other bids. Thanks for all your hard work. See you on the next project, Jack F.
