When he cleaned the dryer vent he made a mess with the lent and did not clean up after himself. He hooked the vent back up for me but didn't do a good job with that either. When I used the dryer the vent came out and now I can't use the dryer. So not only did he get lint everywhere, he didn't pick up after himself and he didn't properly re-hook the vent and now I can't use the dryer at all. And he didn't have the tools he needed either, he had to borrow my hammer!

I hired Ducts Unlimited to conduct air duct cleaning in my house. Because I'm a Angie's list's member, I received a discount. The price covered up to 10 vents which is the number of vents in my house. Mr. Mason did an estimate by walking through the house with me. He provide detailed explanation on what he will do and the costs of different parts of the job. He was able to clean the ducts right after the estimate instead of coming back another date. It took about 4 hours to finish the job. I was happy with the result because my eyes stopped feeling itchy (due to allergy of dust) after the work was done. The only thing I was not satisfied with is that Mr. Mason didn't move my some of my furniture back to the original places and left some trash in my basement after installing the filters in the pipes. I have to clean up the mess and move the furniture afterward.

Our air system is so clean now, my allergies are lessened and the air smells fresher. I'm keeping this company in my permanent home maintenance plan. It was a pleasure to have someone so professional and concerned with my satisfaction of the finished result. He did a super job as well as offered very competitive pricing. I feel like my house is really clean, now.
