Columbus Roof Clean

My roof was dirty with moss and mold so my insurance company required I clean it. Columbus Roof Clean used state of the art methods to completely clean the roof and leave it like new. They inspected the roof and found a damaged tile and flashing that needed replaced, they did the repairs the same day as the cleaning. I now have a new looking roof that will last several more years without trouble. Lonnie did the work and he was very professional and knowledgable. Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient, and professional. I could not be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

Columbus Roof Clean did a thorough job of CLEANING our roof and gutter--not just spraying it from the ground. If it was attached to the roof, it was cleaned. The technician was courteous, arrived as scheduled, and stayed until the job was done. We had ugly dark streaks and patches of moss. Our roof looks like new. It was well worth the cost.

I am very happy with the cleaning job that was performed. My roof was covered with that black nasty algae. Lonny did a very good job of cleaning the roof and also cleaned the gutter toppers and front of the gutters. Looks like a new roof again. He also did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. I hired COLUMBUS Roof Clean To clean my roof which was badly stained with mold! They were very professional explaining the procedure. They went over and above my expectations! I would highly recommend this Company!

The service went well. The owner was very honest in letting me know that my roof on the home was in good condition and should last another 10-15 years. I was glad he did not try to sell a new roof when I did not need one. The shed was cleaned really good also.

We had great service, very professional. To avoid any streaking on the house, it was also power washed. Additionally, the gutters were cleaned and power washed too. Planted were protected and the work was not rushed . I cannot speak highly enough of this company! They know how to do the job correctly and completely!

They came out and gave a quote that was almost 4 times the price of every other quote I received. He argued that their method would last longer, but it just didn't make sense. Even if that was true, why wouldn't I keep my money and earn interest on it and have one of the other companies do it every few years for a fraction of the cost?

Courteous, efficient, did a great job.

I will never use this company again nor will I recommend him to anyone. The owner came right out and gave me an estimate of the cost. I did not shop around as this provider was local. He intiially promised me to come out on a certain day and never showed up. I called him and he provided excuses why they didnt get to my house. Several days later they showed up. I still had what appeared to be staining on my roof. I called him back out and he provided an excuse as to why his son didnt get that area cleaned on the roof. They came back out and cleaned it again and I still had staining. I had the provider come out and then he provided some more excuses as to why they didnt recognize that it was rust and it wouldnt come off the roof. Less than a week of the roof cleaning, he left a message stating that we need to get this bill taken care of. I advised that I never received a bill and he said that he doesnt provide a bill. During this conversation, the provider became very angry and started yelling at me during the whole conversation. After I hung up, he texted me back and apologized, however, I have yet to receive a bill. I have never been treated like this from any business owner and I will never use him again.

They worked with the insurance company and personally with the adjuster to get a full payment for a new roof at really no cost to me. Very reputable and reliable

They did an outstanding job. Showed up within 3 days of the estimate and completed the job in 2 1/2 days. I comment on the quality of their crew. They were not only courteous, they were very efficient and their clean-up of the property was first rate! This company’s work was excellent, and I look forward to a roof that will last for many years to come.

Great company. I called about moss and mildew stains on my huge roof (house is 4000sf+). Roof is 10 years old and it looked awful. The moss was probably 1/8 inch thick in spots. Lots of crap and stains up there. Well, within 1 day of my call, George had inspected my roof, told me it was a much better than average job with nothing wrong with it except the moss and stains. His people came out to do the work within 3 days thereafter. Now, My roof looks like it was installed yesterday! I am impressed and am confident I'll get another 10 years out of it now! This was a huge roof and he gave me a fair price and a very easy experience. I would have no problem using him for other work on my roof as well.

It was done quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with the results. We didn't check with anyone else but the price seemed pretty good.

After a storm, I thought there might be some roof damage. I called them to obtain estimates. Everything went very well. They were very nice. I ended up not having the work done, but I was happy with their services.

Overall it went fine but there was a little bit of follow up that they fell down on. They put the solution on the roof and let it set for awhile. Then there is a lot of water that comes down the roof with the rinsing until they get it to run clean. It ran on the deck and deck stairs and gouged out some paver stones that sit at the bottom of the deck stairs. We pointed it out and he was supposed to get some gravel. He said he was real busy the next week but he would take care of it and he didn't show up. My husband called and after the third call he said he had the gravel and would be out. We haven't heard anything further and we went ahead and bought some gravel. The job was beautifully done and it looks good. They came out really promptly and worked really hard. We were happy with the work and this has just fallen through the cracks. It wasn't a deal breaker but it was annoying. The job was really well done but he kept trumping 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and he didn’t follow.
