It was very tricky because I didn't want to replace my old garbage disposal. He took my old one off, put the sink in and put the old one back one which was a real tricky business installing brand new everything. The first time I had him here he came in to fix a leak in the toilet. He really walked me through my entire house, explained where all the plumbing was and what to look out for. He just was so helpful to me because i didn't know anything about that. He's a very educational person and just wants to tell you about your plumbing. I consider that a huge plus. My furnace people gave me his name. Plumbing is expensive and I don't think he's out of line. I've checked around and I think he's right on the main stream. Given the business he's in and they have these emergencies but he always called and said he was running late because the job he was doing before me ended up being longer than he thought. He's very communicative. He's replaced both toilets in my house and because the workmanship when the house was built was so good he had to build a little bit extra flooring for the toilets so that it would fit properly. The hole had been cut out too big. He went down in my basement and did all of that extra work so that the toilet would fit precisely in the hole for what I considered a very reasonable price. He really went out of his way.
