+ -1 moreI used this company several years ago and he did a great job. He got stains out of the carpets that i didn't think were possible. He spent a very long time and made sure he got it right. However, I recently tried to call them to schedule a carpet cleaning. Not only did no one answer both times I called (I called during normal business hours), which seems very unprofessional, but I left two messages and they never bothered to call me back. I don't know how their services are lately, but their customer service is either terrible or they are out of business.
Description of Work: in 2011, they cleaned upstairs, first floor, and basement carpeting. This year, I couldn't even reach them.

+ -1 moreWe have used Bob before and he was recommended from someone who used to work for an accountant where he cleaned. Bob came to our house 3 years earlier and mapped out the areas soiled by the dog. He did not charge us for the visit and gave us recommendations on pre treatment before he came. On this last visit, Bob was here for a good part of the day (4 hours) and was very very meticulous and thorough. The carpet was extremely filthy and he had to dump several buckets of "black" water and clean the same areas over again until clean (and perfect). He way undercharged us for $120.00. We would recommend Beautiful Results to anyone.
Description of Work: Requested carpet cleaned in highest traffic areas in house (living room, dining room, and family room). The carpet had not been cleaned for a long time and needed done before entertaining for the holidays. There was also stains left from a dog we had.
