+ -1 moreAmber Allan with HER Realty, did a wonderful job for us . She showed us many lovely homes all over Columbus area for several weeks before we made an offer. She was always punctual and helpful. When it was time to negotiate a final price, she gave us comparable prices so that we were comfortable with our offer. We closed the deal and she even had recommendations for financing at a great rate but we didn't need that. After taking possession , we discovered the seller failed to complete a promised repair. She went back to the seller for us and obtained the money for the repair. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling property.
Description of Work: Needed a real estate agent to assist with the purchase of a home in the Columbus area. Move to Columbus result of company transfer. She assisted with the determining the type home and neighborhood we would be confortable moving into.

Description of Work: I had originally called to find the realtor that I had used previously when I purchased the home. She is no longer doing residential real-estate. They put in touch with Amber Allan. We had played phone tag back and forth and eventually made an appointment to meet. We set up a time to meet and discuss the current value of my home and what I could do to add value or improve the home. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the office stating she was called out of town. The secretary asked me to give a time to be contacted I said 10AM the following Monday, she said she would confirm this and I have never heard back from them.
