Dave visited the house twice to look at the project as it progressed and talk through HVAC options. This is a 100-year-old brick house which is being completely renovated with an emphasis on energy efficiency. I needed estimates for a complete new HVAC system including installing a heat recovery ventilator. Dave was very helpful and thoughtful in talking through different options, and very prompt in providing an estimate. Having some knowledge in this area myself, I appreciated Dave's very extensive experience and also his readiness to consider different approaches, including helpful advice on the ductwork that I installed myself. Dave's quote was very reasonable for the quality of equipment proposed, but in the end I went with slightly lower options from another company since the equipment dimensions worked a bit better in the confined space where the furnace will be installed.
