+ -1 moreJeff has a wide breadth of knowledge in the area of home maintenance. Some of this work he did himself, other parts he contracted. He seems to know who to contact to get the job done.
Description of Work: Repaired two bay window trims. One of which was very badly deteriorated. Performed some general maintenance on the house exterior, siding repair and maintenance. Inspected and repaired guttering.

COLORS ONHOUSE, LEFT UNPAINTED WOOD, AND AFTER 1 YEAR, I HAVE HIRED SOME ONE ELSE TO FINISH THE JOB THAT WAS QUOTED FOR $6000. 1/2 WAS DUE AT TIME OF START, IT WASN'T WORTH THE AGGRAVATION TO USE THE COURT SYSTEM.
Description of Work: GUTTER REPAIR, HOUSE PAINTING, REPAIR OF WOOD STRUCTURE TO HOUSE, BUILD OUTDOOR STEPS, INSTALL GATE TO SWIMMING POOL.
