A&A Waterproofing

I waited until after the time period when my basement would typically flood to write this review. This was the first year in the 3 years of owning my home that my basement did not flood. Was very happy with the work done and the result. I cannot speak on their warranty or after-service care as that has not been needed as of yet. Cleanup after the work was a little rough. Lots of dust and a few empty drinks were left in the basement. Overall, not that big of a deal.

Installed new drains and sump pit and crock, new system doesnt drain into pit and still floods the crawl. The rerouting of the existing sump pump was supposed to go into my backyard but due to poor workmanship it leaks and floods right outside my exterior wall. Gave him every opportunity to make it right but in the end he quit responding to all contact. He does not stand behind his work, once he is paid you will never get him to fix anything he installed correctly. PAY MORE and avoid A&A at all costs.

My son and I were both very pleased with the work that he did. He seemed very nice and did good work.

Doug and his team were prompt to respond with several quotes and helped us determine the best course of action. His team was able to start the job within a week and completed the work as contracted.

Doug was great, on time, efficient and our basement is dry as a bone. I refer anyone I know that is in need of drainage/ waterproofing work to him. Most recently, he provided me with a copy of our 15 year warranty that I misplaced last year. We will use him again for any thing that we need.

Non-responsive after job was completed. Has not responded to any contact. Once the job is finished, don't expect any warranty or receipt. I think he did a good job, and did it well. I was happy with that. But I didn't get a receipt or the warranty he promised, which tells me he won't stand behind any of his work. He responded very well before and during the job, but now that it's been completed I can't get a hold of him.

This is the second house Doug has done for me, the first house was a complete basement waterproofing that stayed dry till the day I moved . Doug is very knowledgeable of his profession and is very fair priced compared to the other companys out there and does as good if not better work. Highly recommend,
