I wasn't happy with the fit on either one of them. I expected the material to be taunt, tight, and smooth, but it had waves in it. It was special awning that they had to make which had to go over and then down, so it had a top and three sides to it. They would come to try and tighten it, but within two or three days it was loose again. The problem I had was that they sent out what looks to be college kids on summer vacation and I didn't think they sent out expert installers. They maybe came out twice and said it needed to be adjusted. They showed me how to do it, but you had to tighten up the screws and so forth. I just couldn't keep it fitted, but it was a difficult awning to make. I finally took it down because we decided that it was not an attractive addition to the house. I didn't think they held up to what I expected. I would use them again for a patio awning, but not for window awnings. We don't have the proper windows for them and I found that out the hard way. They did say it would be difficult to install them and that it wasn't an easy job.
