 + -1 moreI'd hire them again, in a heartbeat! Everything turned out beautifully! The installers were great and asked me about how I wanted each little thing. They even asked if they could play classical music while working! Not only did they do a great job, but they were the lowest bid I received among 6 different installers!
Description of Work: I had new hardwoods installed in my foyer and dining room. I wanted a herringbone border in the dining room, with a darker inlay to accent the lighter wood used for the rest of the floor. I also had the foyer installed with a 45 deg diagonal.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I have used Toledo Hardwood Floors. They are great to work with from Brad (owner) who provides the estimate to Debbie who does the scheduling including the installers and finishers. Very professional, courteous and customer service oriented. They are prompt and work with you on scheduling and can even call when on their way. The quality of the product is very good. They were experts at color matching to the floor they did 3 years ago. I am very pleased - my floor looks great. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have hardwood floors installed.

 + -1 moreBrad and his helper moved four pieces of heavy furniture into another room prior to the refinish work, and then back in the next morning. We were thrilled that they provided this additional service. While the floor was drying, our cat broke through our barricade and left paw prints in the finish. The next morning when they came to move back the furniture, Brad redid that section of floor (an entire hallway) before going to his next job. That was very much appreciated! He told me not to worry about additional payment, but I did give him $50 - it wasn't his fault that the area had to be redone! (The $50 is included in the total cost indicated.) Our floors are beautiful! They did top quality work. In addition, when I called for the estimate, Brad was able to come out that same day and give me the cost on the spot.
Description of Work: Screened (lightly sanded) and re-finished 631 sq ft of cherry hardwood flooring. Finish included a bonding agent.
