Tmt Equipment

I will not likely take any more equipment to TMT. I took a rototiller into get fixed due to the carburetor leaking gas. I told them if the repair was less than $200, to go ahead and fix the problem otherwise give me a call to discuss. A few days later I was quoted $300 to $350 to fix the carburetor on a rototiller due to the "jet being clogged and heavy buildup in the carb". Due to high cost, I opted to not have them perform the service. I picked up the rototiller and had to pay them $43 dollars for a "Bench fee". I ended up taking the rototiller to Mini Engine repair and they were able to fix the carburetor for $80. The rototiller works great now! I have also taken a pressure washer and weed wacker into TMT to look at in the past, both of which I was quoted a very high cost to fix. I did not bother trying to get my $43 dollars back from TMT, although I probably should have.

Very well done job. Mower ran better than ever. Pickup was late, company lost mower for a couple days. Was delivered when promised. However, no paperwork was left. Waited for two weeks, finally went to office, STILL could not find paperwork. Finally talked to owner, agreed to a price, and bill was paid. Extremely poor paperwork flow at company. To many people handling paperwork, to many chances to lose things. Yard is COMPLETELY full of equipment, Looks like to many people and things going in to many directions. No real organization to anything. But it runs.....
