Roof leaking after 5 years. Took the owner 6 weeks to come out after several no shows and cancellations. Said he would come back to do some fixes, never heard from him. Still haven't.

The roofing went fine and finished in 2 days. It looks great. The workers trampled all over my plants on side and in front of the house. They told me they would grow back. My front porch light fixture is bent and coming away from the house. I now have to replace.( both -to have them match) They told me it was old. They did replace the 2 gutter downspouts they trampled on. In the front yard my grass was killed by something it looked like they sprayed a stream of ???. Theres a piece of wood, in the front of the house on the second floor which defines the peak that's all torn up in the corners and along the length of it.. Had the house painted last year and was fine. They told me the wood was rotten. After my concerns were known by foreman? I waited over a week to pay and thought I would hear from the owner to resolve, but I never did. I deducted some $$ off the total and left the payment in an envelope in front door and let him know it was there. I also included a note explaining why. I never heard a word from from him. My son was concerned about deducting $$ because he said they might not honor the labor warranty..or any warranty- therefore I probably didn't deduct enough to cover the damage. Disappointed in the costumer service..

I've used this company two times, with excellent results and will use them again. The first was an emergency and they were extremely responsive.

I never received a call back after a leaving a message to obtain an estimate.

They were very good. They workers did a good job removing old shingles and all that fell to the ground. They also did a good job putting it on.
