Description of Work: Joe's company replaced the heat tape on our mobile home. He did a good job on this and even was able to complete it a day earlier than I had previously been told. He called me to tell me it was finished and told me that his employee said there was water in our insulation underneath the home. He advised me to go to all water sources in the home and listen for a leak. I did so and called him back Friday late afternoon. I told him I could not hear any leaks, but asked if could I get someone out to inspect for repair and replacement of insulation. He said he called me back. | |I waited until Tuesday afternoon and called him again. He said he would see if he could get someone out later that same week. Nobody called me or showed up that week. So the following Monday, I called him again and asked if he still planned on sending someone to my home. Pretty much giving him a chance to say No. He said yes, and I asked if he would please call me when he thought someone would be out. He said he would but it wouldn't be until the end of the week, or beginning of the next week. As you can probably guess, nobody ever called or showed up.

Description of Work: They came highly recommend from past customer who is one of my friends, they arrived on time and really listened to my needs and wants. They gave a great estimate, started and completed the work in two days. They did my whole roof and put up my privacy fence. I was very impressed. I would definitely refer the to all my friends. They did a great job and were very polite. And didn't over charge me, In my book they come highly recommended! So much so I hired them to do some power washing and a new deck on the back of my house.
