+ -1 moreThe problem I had was with project completion. Mark left the work site telling me he would be back in a week to complete the job. He never returned to the job. I spoke with him several times and he promised to be out "in a few days" but never showed. Afte a while he stopped returning my calls. I filed a complaint with the BBA and they couldn't get him to even respond to the complaint. He is no longer a member of the BBA. I wouldn't use him again.
Description of Work: I found Frost Roofing in the local newspaper and gave him a call. He seemed knowledgeable and his price was reasonable so I hired them to completely reroof and paint maint my home.

+ -1 moreOverall he did not get the job done--did not fix the leak--did not return our calls, so it did not go very well at all!
Description of Work: Had two small leaks in family room ceiling and we did not know source of water. Found Mark Frost Roofing in local newspaper. His ad said he was a master and finding leaks and fixing same. He came out, looked over roof. Prepared estimate for repairs. Repairs included tar and caulking on shingles and on aluminum window seams. Leak persisted with rain after repairs made. We made numerous attempts to reach him by telephone and letters throughthe mail to reach Mr. Frost to come back out and fix his work, but he did not or would not respond to our requests. So, we basically have given up and moved on to look for a someone who can deliver the results we need. Not a good experience for us with him. He talked the talk, but did not deliver the goods!
