Description of Work: I hired Kristoffer (Kris) Holtgreen to refinish our hardwood floors. He took the deposit and ran. look him up on complaintsboard.com http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/creative-hardwood-c329825.html He is a crook, plain and simple, no two ways about it. Promised to return my deposit every day for 2 weeks and something catastrophic always came up. He also uses a girl name Shannon Ferguson to rent equipment. He drives a white Grand Prix (license plate 0FK M68 (Michigan)and a 2-door green Jeep Cherokee or Ford Explorer. He lives at the corner of Door and McCord in those apts, near building M-2.

+ 1 moreMy husband called them to have a small kitchen repair done from a dishwasher leak. He gave us an estimate for a few other areas as well. After comparing the cost to repair or just replace we decided to replace the floor. It was addicting and we also ended up doing the living room and dining room. He also did the tile work cheaper than we thought it should have been. Thanks guys!
Description of Work: They installed hardwood flooring on main floor of our home and a few stairs. Also put in a tile backsplash around sink and stove in kitchen.
