Description of Work: We have not received any services. We ordered windows on 8/16/2012 and later ordered trim for our house in vinyl at a price tag of at least $5000.00. . After 8 weeks, we painted our entire house, so I asked to cancel the siding or to postpone the trim until next Spring. At all times, we encouraged the completion of the windows. Apparently Management was not happy with the postponement, so we decided to go ahead with the original order. After almost four months, We have not seen the installers for the windows or for the trim. Our calls to the company result in "We will call you when we are ready to install". We have had beautiful weather and great days to exchange the windows, but we are obviously being shunned or ignored. I would prefer to start over by obtaining estimates from other companies. For the record, our salesman was great! He did everything he could to make this a positive experience, but the company seems to be delaying both of our orders.. The windows were also top quality. We look forward to having them in our home.

Description of Work: We had a window in our shower replaced with a glass block window. It took 2-3 months to get the window. The window was put together in their shop with glass blocks you can get off the shelf, so why it took so long is beyond me. They put the wrong color vent into the window and that took another month or so to get done. I had to redo the interior tiles around the window because they were left loose and cracked. The price we got was 30% off too. I really wasn't impressed.
