Clinton with Champion crew worked very hard and long hours with little break time. They were on time and did a wonderful job. We love our new roof!

It's now been almost 2 years since they installed the windows and siding. I've had numerous problems and they want to charge $100 to just come out now since it's been almost 2 years. However the repairs from the original lousy work just started a year ago. So there is a loop and when you call they're kind of rude. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Everything went very well! Installers were well mannered, skilled & cleaned up well.

5 Man crew arrived on time at 8:30 am, were efficient and professional.

Although I chose not to replace the windows but rather to repair them, this guy was the most honest of all 5 estimates that I had received. He even called back few days later for follow up, will certainly hire in the future if replacing the windows.

Company made sure all details (large & small) were understood by both parties. Company and workers always very professional, returned calls, etc. and were punctual for meetings. Motto was to make it right and make customer happy while they did.

They came -2 Mike and Kevin- did what was required. They were efficient, knowledgeable, neat, friendly. A #1 in all.

Time estimates aren't worth much, and the communication is poor! Bottom line, instead of "approximately 4-6 weeks" our job ended up taking 26 weeks until fully complete! We thought that buying from a manufacturer would make things faster/smoother, but that was definitely not the case here. The finished product is good, but I wouldn't use Champion again. Gory details: We interviewed multiple companies and selected Champion for a mix of price and quality reasons. Our contract specifies "start installation approximately 4-6 weeks...". After 6 weeks we heard nothing, so I emailed my salesman. No response. Next day I called him. No response. Next day I called the company (and a day later got an email from the salesman) stating that my products should be delivered on the next truck and I'd be getting a call in a day or two to get the installation scheduled. Didn't happen. Apparently my products arrived, but we are now at 7.5 weeks and I don't even have an estimate on when I'll be called to schedule the installation. I understand estimates can be off, but currently we have no communication and no idea when the install will happen. I'll update if/when the installation happens. ***Update 7/19/2015**** So the contract was signed 4/20. The windows were installed 6/24...sort of. 3 out of 3 screens had rips in them, the sliding door was extremely hard to open and the windows needed to be cleaned (had caulk, sticker residue and lots of hand prints). The installers ran out of time and said they'd be back the next day. But they never called, and didn't come out. They did finally come back on the 7/8. They replaced one of the screens, but the other two were remanufactured (instead of rescreened) and didn't fit. They cleaned the windows (looks great!), but were unable to fix the sliding door. Turned out to be a bad wheel and they didn't have a replacement with them. 11 days later and now waiting for a wheel and two more screens. No communication from the company on when it will happen. ****Update 10/12/2015**** They came out and fixed the door mid-August, but the new screens still didn't fit (3rd try). They put a "rush" on the order, and came back today October 12th. 4th try worked! One screen had a rip, but they re-screened it on site. Everything is finally done.

Installation crew showed up on time, installed 16 windows in a fast and efficient manner, very neat and cleaned up job site well.

The salesman & installers were courteous and efficient. We needed one follow up for installation, but it was done promptly.

Such knowledgeable workmen! Did a fantastic job even though our door jams were very crooked. Kept working until we had a perfect fit! Good teamwork among the men.

It's the best thing that could ever happen. They were efficient. It was done in a great amount of time. There was not a whole lot of waiting. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They come back and check on things if I'm not happy or if I don't remember how to work the windows. They come back and give me lessons. They're just awesome. I think the price was a little bit higher than average. I would absolutely use them in the future. I have recommended them to many neighbors.

The experience was fine, except for a few glitches that we had to take care of. We never heard back from them once the windows were installed. They charged us $200 to test the house for lead testing,and when the guy was here for the windows, he was supposed to do the lead testing but he did not test for lead. I made that clear with the salesman, but he did not want to hear any of that. They did wind up installing windows, and they did a perfect job, I couldn't ask for a better installation, but as far as us being charged $200 for the lead test that didn't happen. First they told us that our house tested positive for lead, and so we had to pay $200, and then they said that it did not test positive so they refunded us the money. I kept calling them because I work for the school district, and so I wanted the windows installed in August before the schools start, and they kept saying no problem. The windows then supposedly weren't in. When I called the lady at the front desk, she was confused about the whole thing, because the windows had been there for a while, but nobody called us to set up an appointment. They then set up an appointment and we told them that there wouldn't be anybody here once school started. They then scheduled it for a Saturday, then all of a sudden they couldn't do it on a Saturday because they couldn't get a crew to install the bay windows. They then got a crew to do it on a Saturday, and the installation was the best. We paid cash for it, we didn't finance for it. It boiled down to the salesman. When I talked to the manager, he said they didn't have a crew to do it on a Saturday. We were in limbo for a couple of weeks while they were trying to get a crew together. Once they came to install, they were very neat, cleaned up the mess, put plastic on the carpet, and the installation crew was very very good. The cost was fine.

They also installed windows for us about 5-6 years ago. The service went pretty well. Two technicians came out for the job and completed the service in about 2 hours. They were not too friendly but were great with the cleanup and the job. They are very professional and have great pricing. They even gave us a discount for coming back to them for service.

They have also installed windows for us in the past. There were some issues with the installation of the door. Initially there were some scratches on the door so they sent it back. They also had to remeasure the door twice to get it to fit right. I am still waiting for the door to be installed. The staff seems to know what they are doing and are pretty professional. I have never had any issues contacting the company or scheduling them out for service. There was a minor issue with them showing up to an appointment and not calling to let us know.

The service has not yet been completed. They gave me a terrible contractor named Mike. He was nice to my face, but otherwise very rude to me. He also slit some vinyl and there are metal pieces sticking out of one window. There also ended up being an issue with the roof and took off the screen doors. I have gone all this time without the screen doors. He also complained about having to come out to my location from Toledo. I finally told Champion that I could not work with this contractor anymore because I was sick of being bullied. Champion has been decent with me and has done everything they could. The roof part of the project has been completed but I am still waiting for the gutters and screen doors. I thought the pricing for the project was expensive but I really needed all of the work done. Their product seems to be decent. I am hoping the project turns out better in the end. I am assuming they will deal with the subcontractor and make everything right. They have also provided one of their workman to supervise the work Mike has been doing now.

Satisfied with everything. A bit pricier, but felt a couple hundred dollars wasn't worth risking on a lesser known company.

The planning work was handled in a very detailed and professional way with a strong focus on what our needs were. Communication was good throughout the projcet, and my wife and I are very happy with the quality of the work and the integrity of the Champion company and its people.

The people were very friendly. It was delayed only because they got backed up with the severe winter weather we had in January. They even worked outdoors with the temps near zero. Very dedicated. Great job. I would use them again.

Good product. Good installation crew. Very poor office communciation.

They came on time, they put 11 windows in in 1 hour, all done 2 hours complete. They all work together. Did a super good job.

Arrived a little early. Got to work immediately. Very professional. Helped with a problem I had with another window.

We’re really happy with them. We’ve only had one issue. A rock was thrown through the window and they came quickly to repair the window. As I can remember, they were there on time and there were no issues.

The installation crew was on time very skilled in the task and executed the installation professional.

Guy came and gave an estimate, four weeks later the windows were installed. Guy & Wife were great!
