We are located in Berea at our factory and have a showroom featuring three full sunrooms, a collection of replacement windows and samples of all of our other products including bathrooms, siding, gutter protection, roofing, kitchen cabinet updating and more! **If you do stop by, please ask about taking a tour of our factory during your visit.
"With only 999 characters? Here it goes; 1. Measured 2 times and still got 1 window 10" too small. 2 seperate guys, 2 different days. project team did not question different measurements when putting in production to make windows. No QA/QC process. 2. The detailed install process did NOT occur. NO tarps/cloth/plastic. Dust & dirt everywhere. Cleanup was laughable with a tiny hose vacuum. 3. Windows are NOT sealed across the bottom. Despite detailed install described, install did not seal bottom of window to frame/sill. NO insulation between window and frame/sill. wind blowing in under window! 4. communicated issues to salesman. Second install day, same install crew, took NO responsibility for bugs getting into house and admitted not sealing windows as this was their SOP. 5. Waiting on 3rd install day to resolve factory deformity in window frame. 6. No customer service, no resolution. Not worth the hassle."

"Before seeking three quotes to replace my 30+ year old roof, I asked for advice from my son who is a contractor in another area. His best "friends-and-family" estimate was nearly the same as Tri State's very competitive quote so I decided to go with Tri State. Todd Moore from Tri State advised that he was scheduling 4-6 weeks ahead (weather permitting) and, 5 weeks out, Todd called to set an immediate start date just as he predicted. The polite and friendly crew showed up on time and worked diligently despite the mid-90s heat, protected plants and other landscaping, discovered and replaced two damaged roof sheets and cleaned up on completion. The job took three working days interrupted by a rain day. The job was just finished on Tuesday 14 Aug so I can't really verify long term effectiveness yet but I'm optimistic based on the perceived quality of work and Todd's assurances that Tri State would honor any call-backs."

Refinishing a bathtub is worth it if your tub has minor damage or is a color that you don't like. The cost of replacing a bathtub is more expensive than simply refinishing one, averaging around $5,300. It's more cost-effective to refinish your tub if you can, but it also gives you the look of a new bathtub without having to replace the whole thing.
