Description of Work: I had a handicapped addition added to my house. It was only 16x26 that was the whole addition. I have a handicapped addition here that I had to make handicap because his plan didn’t include what a handicapped person would require. When they put this in for the foundation, I had a hose in my foundation, they just put the foundation in they never put the water out. In my opinion they should of extended the water source through the foundation Now I am trying to do some work, I have no water source. I asked him about the plan and he said that it wasn’t my problem. I gave him a month of le-way and because we had such bad weather this spring, I said I would pay the bill with some things including the cleaning that was not incomplete. I went ahead and paid him although it is a real mess. I am left out there with a bunch of dirt, mud ruts and no water. My real concern was that they did not do backfill. This is a handicapped addition and there is no exit. If anything happened to my sister, she would not be able to get out. It should have been included in the plan. I told him originally when I hired him that I wanted all electrical outlets to be waist level and when he hired Mike he had him install the electrical outlets 13 inches from the floor. Mike said Matt never told him about this.
