I was quoted a slightly lower rate than I was charged, but the two young men who took my stuff were polite, efficient and worked with me explaining the price. They wore masks without me asking and were very professional!

I accepted the quoted price but was told I had more than would fit in a truck. The guy took a few trash bags and left 8 behind. He charged me 90.00 more and was not pleasant at all. I will make sure I get the word out to not hire him.

Iâ m very happy I chose A+ Junk for my couch removal. My positive overall experience began with the fair & reasonable front desk price quote, and ended with Nick and A.J., who were very prompt, patient & professional. They were courteous to me (and to each other!). They cleanly negotiated a couch removal (through a very tight space) without any damage. Wouldn't hesitate to call A+ again, and would recommend them to anyone.

They called in the morning asking if they could come earlier and they were here within 20 minutes. The TV they were removing was very heavy. They got it outside before putting it down to take a break. They did a good job. I suggested they both invest in a back brace doing this kind of work as you pay for your mistakes in old age.

Too expensive for the performed work. Did not remove couch in one piece (chose to break it apart first), despite the couch entering the home in one piece.

They were prompt and took care not to hit the walls when moving the furniture out.

I called their office and gave them the exact description and sizes of the furniture I needed removed (3 mattresses, 3 box springs, and a sofa). Based on that, their office gave me an estimate of $190-220 and an hour window for arrival time the following day. I was told the driver would call when they were on the way. After waiting and not hearing anything for about 50 minutes, I called the office and was told she'd contact the driver and get back to me. When she called back (like 10 minutes later) she said they were running late and should be there in another 20 minutes or so. They finally arrived and the driver then told me the price would be significantly higher than I was quoted ($394.68) because of the number of cubic yards. I was pressed for time, so I reluctantly hired them anyway. They did remove the items but tracked mud from their previous job through the carpeted apartment. The driver actually had the audacity to say that, if I intended to tip them, I should do it in cash, otherwise the company takes a percentage. Needless to say I was not inclined to tip at that point.

Make sure you ask for an empty truck,because it takes them longer if they have to readjust items already on the truck from a prior job. Also request first stop of the day,otherwise you will be waitng until they finish the first job of the day. Not their fault, customers often underestimate the size of the job.

Took care of all the trash I wanted removed.
