The job went well and was finished on schedule and on budget.

Jim came out for our free estimate and was very helpful in giving us ideas on how to finish our basement as economically frugal as possible. We decided it do it in phases. The guys were able to start the next week and completed the job in two days. 90% of it was done on the first day, and the second day they had to wait for the mud to dry. They were incredibly clean and careful. They put down cardboard in our foyer to prevent footprints, and they put down a large blanket on our driveway so that wood clippings wouldn't get on it. We will use them more this winter because we were so pleased with their work.

I had already purchased the tile. The price that I paid was for the labor. Their tile guy is awesome! He freehanded the tile on the wall without spacers! They were able to determine what would look best for the area, and checked with me before they did the work to insure that it would be done the right way. For a large remodeling company everyone that I have worked with has been very nice. Their team is set up to accommodate for the needs of what you'll have done.

THEY DO USE DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS FOR DIFFERENT STEPS OF THE PROJECT, BUT I THINK THEY ARE ALL EMPLOYED BY THE COMPANY. YOU NEED TO BE SURE THEY ARE ALL COMMUNICATING WITH EACH OTHER. THE HOMEOWNERS NEED TO INSPECT ON A DAILY BASIS AND TO ASK QUESTIONS IF THERE ARE QUESTIONS. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR NEEDS AND OUR CHANGES. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.
