I was intrigued by the services offered and spent time at their web site. I sent an email asking for someone to come over and price a thorough cleaning and bi-weekly cleanings. Received a prompt email response but evidently Shaker Heights is too far to come for cleaning.

Neil will come out and go over what you would like him to do in your home. He will then give you a proposal as to how much his service would cost. He got back to me very quickly and within 2 weeks of having him out, we were on his schedule. In addition to my bi-monthly cleaning, I will definitely have Neil do some other one time projects such as windows, ect.

Service was EXCELLENT (they scrubbed the baseboards, for heaven's sake!) and the people were lovely, prompt, courteous, and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will be using Contemporary Living Services often in the future.

Neil and his crew are always prompt and efficient in their cleaning service. They find things to clean that I didn't even know was dirty! Very impressed with their services.

We had previously utilized multiple residential cleaning businesses in order to keep our home fresh and in order. Not being fully satisfied with any of them, I turned to Angie's List for referrals. Based on prior reviews, I contacted Neal at Contemporary Living Services for a meeting and estimate. Immediately, I was impressed with their professionalism. They asked thorough questions and really wanted to know how they could help me. My husband and I were very excited for our first appointment - and for good reason. We were thrilled with the results! A definite difference exists in their standards versus the standards of other businesses. When I walk in my door after an appointment - it smells clean, looks clean and feels clean. I mentioned at our initial consultation that I wanted my house to "shine" and they promised that they could do this for me. They keep this promise every time, as we have been using CLS's services for many months now. The attention to detail is top notch (another point I mentioned up-front.) And our house really does stay cleaner longer. We are some super happy customers and would like to use this business for other future needs.

I chose this company because of the great reviews on Angie's List. They were accurate. The owner/operator got back to me quickly, came out to my house and listened to exactly what I wanted. I didn't want a whole house cleaning, just certain things. He came out and spent 5 hours cleaning!!!! He was awesome and thorough. He appologized for spending so much time and explained that it wouldn't take nearly as long next time. I personally didn't mind that it took so long especially since we had a set price. Very pleased.

Neal and his family are very courteous and friendly. They had no problems working around our dog, and even agreed to let him in and out while they were cleaning. The cleaning was very thorough -- a deep-cleaning job that I never could have managed on my own. We were amazed at the great job they did! It is so nice to not have to worry about cleaning! The place smelled great afterward, and I REALLY like the idea of using safe, green cleaners. I have done this on my own with some limited success, so I know how much harder you have to work at getting things clean and shiny when using natural products than the toxic stuff that works faster.

I have a running joke with friends about everything I would give up before I would give up these people and their services (especially the house cleaning). I would give up eating out, cable tv... just about any luxury in my life before I would give up their assistance. They are absolutely professional and incredibly capable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any of the above mentioned services.

I've been through many cleaning services, in multiple cities, and I often have trouble finding a company that works hard and does a good job, and is also responsive and easy to reach. I've had companies that have come, cleaned for me, done a decent enough job, and then stopped answering their phone or returning calls for myself, or other people I'd recommended them to. And then even more services that would do a half-hearted job and have to be reminded to dust on the underside of cabinets, or to move the TV aside and dust underneath it. There's none of that at all with CLS. Neal is very easy to reach via phone, text message, or e-mail, and he always responds - I've never had to call or reach out to them twice. They're always right on time, do an excellent job, and are very fair with rates. It's rare to find a company that does such a good job, for such a fair price, and with genuine smiles on their faces the whole time. CLS is the first service that I've been happy enough with to have them come back on a regular schedule, which says a lot to me. Although I haven't had the opportunity to try any of their other services, I have no doubt that Neal and crew put in just as much effort and professionalism to ensure that whatever they do, their customers are completely satisfied.

I was in a rut. I could not keep up with the cleaning of my house. Full of 2 dogs, 3 kids, my husband and myself, and my ailing parents that I was and still am the caregiver for. I had a bad experience with hiring people to clean before and figured that I would be disapointed no matter who cleaned my home. But once I read the ad for Contemporary Living Services on line I thought they could be just what I needed. I left a message and the very next day Catherine called me and scheduled a time for her and Neil to come out to the house and meet with me. They were prompt professional, easy to talk to and they understood exactly what I needed . They also are the ones who do all the cleaning, Mother and son. So right away they worked on an estimate which I felt was appropriate. They came out for their first cleaning the very next week and it took them about 6 hours. They were amazing! Such attention to detail. Everything shined, and they said that I would eventually see things staying clean and it would get easier to keep clean after a few cleanings and that they would be getting it completed in less time. And now that they have been cleaning my house once a week for about a 6 weeks it has come to fruition. My house stays clean and smells clean. It really is clean! They use amazing 'green cleaners" and the kitchen counters and cabinets actually shine. The time it takes them to clean my home has shortened almost in half just like they said. They are professional and they take great pride in their work each and every time they come. They are thorough and never miss a thing. I could not be more pleased and am so happy to have them in my life!!

They are very prompt and very fair in the price. They were able to come out and do the job immediately. I did not have to wait a month like many of the others. I would use them again.

I contacted them via phone and set an apt for them to see my house and give me a quote for cleaning. They were curtious on the initial phone call. They came on time on the date set. They were very professional during their evaluation, they presented the services of their company and they emailed me a quote when they said they would. Once we agreed to the services to be performed, they set a date and time. They were punctual. They did a fantastic job. I am so pleased with this service. From beginning to end they exceeded my expectations. Due to many previous terrible encounters with cleaning services, I went 3 years without trying it again. Contemporary Living is a pleasure to work with. They do great work and are very professional. I highly recommend.

The first time I used this service was for pet sitting in my home. Then as time went on I added more and more services and now I can't imagine functioning in my home without them. They are the people I go to first no matter what I need. Primarily home cleaning and staging, landscaping and pet sitting. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and their service is exceptional start to finish.
