Description of Work: Was not able to be present when carpet cleaned. The carpet still had an odor after cleaning---it still had a "dog smell" but there were no areas that represented "accidents". They did a good job in cleaning the carpet, and I would use again, but try and be present. This is a rental.

I called and made an appointment to have the carpet cleaned in the 2 rooms I had purchased through Groupon, and I was told there was an additional promotion occurring, and I was able to add additional rooms at a reduced rate, which I did. I set up an appointment to have the carpet cleaned about a week later. The service person arrived right on time and got right to work. The whole house was done in less than two hours, and everything looks great. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again and refer my friends to them as well. Good job!
