 + -1 moreI talked to this gentleman back in Nov. of last year (2013) regarding having him look at a ceramic tile 'situation' in one of our bathrooms. He seemed friendly enough and sounded able to help but being located a little ways from Findlay he mentioned that he couldn't exactly respond the next day or week for that matter. I said no problem and agreed with him. He said he wouldn't forget us though and would contact me some time. Well, that was back in mid-Nov. I did call again (to remind him) in Janbuary and left a friendly 'reminder' on his voice-mail at his business. Sadly, not a word more from him so I honestly can't review the work done on this project since I can't get him to contact me - - -

Description of Work: removed old grout, reset some loose toile and put in new grout in foyer and sealed it.
